I was rear ended in their parking lot this morning. I called to ask for camera footage and all I get from them is an attitude. I talked to a girl originally who beat around the bush for about a minute on why she cannot provide me camera footage and that I can’t be helped because a shift lead named Cody is on break and is not willing to help me while clocked out… which I completely understand. What I don’t understand is the extremely rude attitude I got from the start. I was then told to call back in ten minutes when Cody is off his break. I wait 20 minutes to give them time and call back with a very nice tone “hi I called about the camera footage earlier” he proceeds to say “ok?” I then ask if they can provide that footage to me and he says no because he doesn’t have access to that. I then ask for his general managers number so I can call her and he blatantly told me no. This Starbucks clearly has crappy customer service and extremely rude employees. Cody entered the conversation talking to me like I was stupid instead of having simple customer service. I also asked for cooperates number and he told me no and that I can’ google it if I need it that bad. I got nothing from this but an attitude when all I needed was a little information to help my case but he not only didn’t help me at all, he was not willing to help me whatsoever.

I'm wondering when Starbucks is going to put the half n half back where you can pour it yourself like we used to. Most people especially the baristas that know me, I don't ever have a problem with, but everytime there is a new barista, they charge me .70 for cream. Then they get an attitude when I tell them nobody else charges me for cream, why are you? It's absolutely ridiculous. Please take care of this problem. I've been going here for at least a decade. Whoever is telling the new baristas to charge for cream shouldn't be working there!

Went and ordered my usual coffee a white chocolate mocha with 3 pumps of vanilla it should taste incredible sweet every other Starbucks in GJ get it right but whenever I order it at this specific location they either don't put it in or they don't do a full pump like I pay for and it tastes super bitter today i finally said hey this doesnt taste like it has any vanilla could some be added please was told the barista definitely put it in there and to stir my drink
Do to this I will no longer be going to this location for my coffee. I pay way to much for my coffee as is but to then not get what I paid for is very ridiculous

Every time I come to this Starbucks through the drive-through, they always act very annoyed with me being there. The coffee is not good enough for the poorservice.

The staff is still nice. The tumblers are still fun...but it feels like it's a wifi hotspot now and the product is going downhill at a rapid pace. Starbucks wasn't the very best of the game but they used to represent quality and consistency. One Monday I might have a great cup of coffee like it used to be and the next day it's not full, it's sticky, someone else spilled their drink on mine and it seems another drink was started in the cup and it's not something I want to even finish. It's really sad. To get the experience of a good Starbucks cup, I have to buy the whole beans and make it at home. I can do that and feel guilty when I'm annoyed by that because I don't want to be lazy...but it used to be that the Starbucks baristas were the ones making it really really good and steaming hot. I want to be clear it's this location and one in Clifton that fell the most. Other locations are holding on but I don't really pick Starbucks when out of town because this problem seems to be spreading in most of their regions around the state. I hope they fix it.

Usually this location is ok but today I sat at the pick up window for 10 minutes before being spoken to and both of our croissant bacon sandwiches were covered in black hair and what looked like dirt. We drove halfway across town before getting to stop to eat and I immediately found one hair hanging out of my sandwich and opened it to see several more all across the egg so my husband checked his and it was also covered in black hair and possible dirt. It was obviously not strings of cheese like we're used to, it looked like you ran our food across the floor before slapping it together and serving it to us. This was the first time we stopped in in months and we couldn't eat the food. That was an overpriced $12 wasted.

Every single time u place a mobile order someone is always bitching about it and has something to say even if your the one person in line a bunch of little ass girls mad they have to do their job?
