Didnt make order as ordered, spent 19$ on drinks toi bitter to enjoy and phone line is permanently busy so you cant call to make right.

The order taker in drive through was short toned, felt like we were imposing on their day by ordering. We got our drinks, we're extremely disappointed. I ordered the dragon fruit refresher, and got a 5$ water with a slight hint of dragon fruit. My husband got a Carmel machiato without the Carmel. NOT satisfied, will not be returning to this location.

I am a huge Starbucks drinker and I drink everyday, and I usually get the same drink. I have been to north Ave couple of times and every time I go there they always make my drink bad so I had to come here and tell today. I got hot chai tea latte. I saw them adding water to my drink and it taste really gross. I got two of the venti drink and both of them tasted very bad. Every Starbucks I have been to has been good except this one. It’s very sad.

Nice Starbucks location in Grand Junction! Very friendly staff. Love that you can add whey/protein powder to your drink (hot and cold). Gives you up to 15 grams extra protein intake. They also offer Starbucks merchandise, toilets, WiFi and free parking.

Joan is amazing!
She is the best customer service representative I have ever seen. Starbucks, you better give that woman a raise!!
She is consistent. She's the definition of leaving problems at home and serving with a smile.
She is a great morale booster for your customers; she keeps the environment fresh and happy.
Lastly, I look forward to seeing her when I come in. In fact, she makes my day better because I always leave with a smile, and hers are infectious.

I've watched her handle countless frustrating situations, and she does it with a smile. She's the reason I come to this location.

Wife put in a mobile order on the app. I showed up about the time she put the order in.

When I got to the window the girl on the intercom was rude and told me to pull up to the window. The store was dead, no one in line no one inside. 4 drinks ordered. I told them no rush I understood that I just ordered.

The matcha was gross. My chai was melted, and the other drinks weren’t impressive and felt like they didn’t care. Pretty upset at the experience and the customer service.

My experience was so insane it made me laugh. I ordered my drink at the drive through. When I got to the window i only had a big bill. The lady informed me she couldn’t take big bills because they didn’t have the change and then was mad when I was forced to lay for my coffee with quarters I had in the door. This was so ironic and the lady was so mad it actually made my day

Very unfriendly staff, lightly aggressive related to parking. Not aware of local situation because we are from out of State. “Move your car right now”! Try to avoid this one!!

Young ladies who work here are unwelcoming and unfriendly if you are Hispanic or Latino. I noticed this and go to Starbucks (there's a Chipotle/International Buffet in that location) who are appreciative towards all of their guests.

Surprised they hold this attitude when they are close by a University.
