I have been standing inside this coffee shop waiting for an order for over 5 minutes. I have watched a minimum of 3 costumers come in after me and receive their order first. There is not a lot of organization.

Disappointing experience. The only interaction I had was them yelling my name when the drink was ready—no greeting, no “hello,” no basic human acknowledgment. It also wasn’t particularly busy at the time, so there wasn’t an obvious excuse. I much prefer going to Human Bean, where the staff is consistently friendly and actually treats customers like people.

Stopped by on the way to Utah, and ordered my favorite drink : iced shaken espresso. Love it! Usually they made it sweet everywhere else but not here… it’s balanced and I can taste the coffee (not just milk and sugar)

Over 14 minute wait for 3 cars…. Abysmal. I was late to work for their lack of urgency and they had the audacity to charge me full price. I won’t be back here again.

Best white chocolate mocha I have had in a long time!
Stopped at this location on my way to palisade one morning and ordered a large drip with cream. Once I got onto the highway I realized they didn’t add cream. Seriously? This had to be the most simple order you offer. Why ask a customer if they want cream in their coffee and then not add it? Seems like this new location needs some help.
