One of the worst starbucks we have ever been to. They always mess the drinks up, you try and ask them something or try to fix something and they just keep ignoring you and keep working away. You have to stand there for five mins for them to acknowledge you. Went through the drive thru on Saturday (first time, usually go inside to pick up mobile order) ordered a latte with banana protein ,no foam, and mocha drizzle and get just a plain latte with regular foam. If you pay $3 for upgrades you better get them! And to the two slower older ladies working on Saturday morning, please get your eyes checked and new glasses so you can read the orders on the tickets please.

The people working today were soooo rude! We asked specifically for decaf due to a heart condition and needing to limit caffeine. Maddy seemed like she hated her job and hated every person that came through. The guy working seemed about the same. The tag on my drink didn’t specify decaf as it usually does, so I asked and he abruptly cut me off and said “ yup it is” not to mention the drinks taste awful :(

Been going to Starbucks for over 20 years ordering the same drink. Today I ordered one from the newer Starbucks location in OM and it tasted awful!! The drink I ordered tasted so funky, I could not even drink it, such a waste of money I will not be coming back to this location.

I usually come Saturday morning when I run my errands and Marcia always takes amazing care of me. When the new one was built next door I cheated and went there so I didn’t have to get my toddler out of the car. It’s absolutely terrible. Always watered down no matter what I get. So back to City Market and Marcia. Tonight I went at the end of the day and Rylee helped me. He was just as amazing! I tried something new and he was extremely personable (just like Marcia) and the shaken espresso was heavenly. Another young blond has helped me as well but I didn’t catch her name. Needless to say, it’s the best in town. Thank you all for keeping my coffee addiction tasty <3

Worst service ever at Starbucks. Regan and Mila wanted to take care of online orders first instead of taking care of the 11 people standing in line. Waited 25 minutes for a drink. New employees or not, that was rude and completely unnecessary. Will not be back. Looking forward to the one opening next door as I will not be returning to this one. Zero cares on customer service.
