The barista was so busy running her mouth she forgot the most important part of my mocha latte…….the coffee. I will never do business with Starbucks again. There’s a new place in town…… Dutch Bros off of 29 rd, by Taco Bell.
Had a bad experience at the store off of 24rd, go to this one all the time now. They are nice and friendly here!
The last few times at this location the drive through customer service is awful! They make you feel like you are a complete inconvenience! Will now make the drive to 24rd where they always have great customer service!

I've been to two different Starbucks recently and ordered the vanilla cream cold brew. Both times I've just gotten a iced coffee.. did they change the way they make it? Coffee is still good, just not what i am use to getting
My family went to this place for a thanksgiving hangout. I was not a part of the group but I do want to apologize in advance if they were being loud as a large group hangout would most likely be. But your employee has to went out of her/his way to take a photo of them and embarrassed them publicly on her/his social media. As shown her/his page, her/his name is Dakota Brown. She made fun of them for the way they were. What is wrong for walking bare feet? Does it affect anyone? Please find a picture of her post below. If you find them being loud or causing inconvenience to other customers, you should have approached them and asked them to leave or lower their voice, not going on your social media and embarrass them like that. We find it super offensive and very unprofessional. We will seek legal action against this racist action.

Drink was good but I was so excited to get the red cup and on the website it says my drink qualified but the older lady said it didn’t and wouldn’t give me a cup very disappointed

Customer service seems to be hit or miss at this location. That's on management. They should have friendlier people in the drive thru. The older woman waiting on me seemed annoyed, providing no positive customer interaction.
I dont like leaving bad reviews, but this was just not a good experience.

Unbelievable disrespect ??? to a patron and PAYING CUSTOMER. we paid extra for my PERSONAL CUP and gave them the specifications. As well as paying extra and TIPPING. and the mannerism I was retorted with is enough to tell everyone to go to another coffee shop! I remember when this branch was opened. And not once have I ever received a good response nor a respectful tone from the staff. I realize it's coffee and confections however as a burrista I hold other burristas to a higher standard and when you mess with a womans coffee that is a sure way to eliminate future relationships and return customers. We will be warning others. And please send an educational director to advise on exactly what to do for future customers so this can be avoided. When you pay for what you are asking, it should be given not protested. Also treat every customer with respect, WE PAY YOUR CHECKS. REMEMBER THAT!

Favorite Starbucks in the Grand Valley, the service has always been amazing. Going in often enough they recognize me and will always start conversation. Will thoroughly explain why they can/cannot do certain things such as sub a base for their iced energy drinks because of the caffeine content, or mentioning they can add cinnamon powder for free in chai lattes. I recommend everyone heading to this location, the management at this store is also thoughtful and kind. I’ve had one mishap with a grilled cheese because there was no cheese (they come prepackaged to be cooked in the toaster oven), they made sure to give me a new one and apologized over the situation even though I personally thought it was funny. Overall it’s amazing here, the inside is always clean and tidy, the baristas are fast, personable, kind, and the management does well with ensuring any mishaps are quickly taken care of.

Bad attitude
This is my go-to Starbucks in town, when I want to get out of the house and do a little work on the computer. There's usually a couple of other locals who frequent this location as well and it's easy to see why. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick!

I placed a mobile order and let them know my name and that my cup was here when I got there (right when the app said it'd be ready). I then sat down and waited for five minutes.The barista put the temp cup (with tons of ice after I asked for light ice) at the mobile station but didn't put it in my cup, I waited a few minutes and then let her know that was my cup. She poured it in and so I sat down and waited for the cold foam. Five minutes later still nothing.So I went and stood next to the pick up and she sighed and asked if I needed something else. So I pointed out that I wanted light ice and was waiting for chocolate cold foam.She rolled her eyes and remade the drink with barely any cold foam.Not impressed at all!Rude barista and not even a great drink after waiting 20 minutes past when the app said it would be ready.

The employees working were VERY rude and every interaction with them made me want to yell at them. They were very disrespectful and rude. Unless you don't mind that I would not recommend this starbucks.
