The workers here are phenomenal. My friend has a specifically tough order and they happily oblige her on a weekly basis. They are friendly and personable. These workers make it happen with smiles and good work ethic. They can’t do all the things the chain stores can but they make happen what they can and I prefer them to the chain stores! Good job team, you rock!

The manager Sam is a wonderful lady. Andrew does an amazing job in customer service. I only go to this SB because it is where I shop for groceries and my pharmacy is here plus the great customer service from the 2 of them.

Don’t blame shortages, covid or anything else. The staff you have now need a much better training in customer service and triaging things of importance.Stocking extra cups, ice and anything else unless completely out should be done in between customer flow.I sat for 30 minutes with one person ahead of me and watch three people wait on drink for that time. I left cause the snails you having working are turning out one drink per 10 minutes.Workers my gosh act like your being paid just a bit please.

Coffee costs too much. If you drink 2 a day, that costs the same as a nice car payment. New car or a couple cup of coffee? No brainier there.
Real great place if you want over priced over flavored sugary death traps I mean they have healthyish options here but it’s mostly just over done coffee with a bunch of flavors in it to make it give you a cavity but hey at least your sweet tooth will be filled up and you won’t be tired so that’s a plus I guess
