Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks is in a Safeway. The Safeway recently installed new security gates. If you park near the entrance of the store where the Starbucks is you cannot exit the same way you entered, you must walk all the way across the whole store to the other entrance and then walk back to your car. I have stopped at this Starbucks with my daughter at least twice a week, she gets some doughnuts while I get our coffees. We will find another coffee shop to go to thanks to the new security gates that Safeway installed. I can't believe Starbucks was ok with this.

the staff were so nice!! this might be the best customer service i've ever had. they were so friendly.
the atmosphere in this location is perfect.

if you ever want to pick something up there, my recommendations are the butter croissant and the mango dragonfruit refresher, they're my faves.

Every time I go to this Starbucks there is something wrong with my drink.

Drink came out good, nice atmosphere however you get a lot of backlash for customizing your drinks, I asked for lite ice as was met with a very quick “we don’t do that” which was met with my “I’ve done it a million times, even here….” And then it was made, no issue.

Used 200 points= $200 and when I ordered my tea without ice (it waters the taste down too much) they made sure I only got a small tea portion (1/2 the venti cup). For $200 I think they could have added slightly more of Anything to make it a full drink. I get Starbucks often and this is the first time I’ve been shafted, shame. Don’t use your hard earned points here you might not get your worth.

Still remembering Starbucks when people were well trained, did tastings, and were given the opportunity to learn more about coffee and how to make it. There's very little consistency anymore and the quality of the coffee has gone down.

The wonderful lady at the register who took my order was the most friendly and polite person I've interacted with ordering food or coffee in a long time. Then, as if I couldn't be more impressed, the nice girl who made my coffee was the fastest most efficient Starbucks employee I've EVER seen!! It was unreal how fast she made like 10 coffees to speed up the wait time!! I wasn't the only person who noticed both of these things too. Everyone was very happy with thier experience(This was at 9:30am on 9/1/23)PLEASE give these 2 lady's a raise asap!!

The frapacino's are best with an extra shot of expresso and two full pumps of your favorite syrup to give your coffee the extra flare it needs. The service was mixed at this location. Whereas the cashier appeared impatient, the batista was friendly and welcoming. Long line for small to medium-sized city of Grand
