Today a 6 inch sandwich meal on stale bread cost me $12. This subway has continued to Jack the price up over the last few months. Won't be returning, can't justify the price vs the quality

My online delivery order was wrong again. I ordered 50 percent more meat, didn’t get it. I ordered it with pepper but got salt instead and the additional bag of chips I ordered as well never came.

Very very slow, online orders are never done in time. I've been waiting thirty minutes past when my online was suppose to be ready, they took care of everyone in the line ( 14 people) and hadn't even started my pizza that took two minutes to make. Everytime I go there it's a time issue.

Yeah the digital drive thru is busted, been busted for atleast the last 2 months.Also this place was bone dry when I ordered, roll up to the window and the workers are just talking in the back for 5 mins until someone walks in. They take their order then decide to make mine. At this point I'm a little pressed but not really, THEN the dude takes my card (sadly I admit I eat subway 1 or 2 times a week, and that might be underestimate, but the point is I know the system). A crucial part missing here is I didn't get to add a tip, and I know exactly how my sandwich costs with a 20% tip. Although I was going to tip anyway, I think that should be the customers decision not the employees, especially when they are goofing in the back. I get home, my sandwich is not what I placed my order for, tasted very low quality. So yeah I'm upset, I've only written like 3 reviews ever which is saying I'm not just a Karen complaining. Unforgivable.

Went to get an Italian BMT today and got one thin slice of pepperoni and salami and multiple pieces of ham. This was not enjoyable and became a ham sandwich. Always seems to be something wrong with my order through the drive through like this.

The digital service almost never works and the service is so slow. If you do drive thru it seems you have to wait on all the indoor orders to be done before you get yours. When I ordered a hot sandwich the guy had to stop to call his boss to open the register for me to even check out. Just bummed I thought the drive through be more convient. I don't care to go back.

if you’re gonna have a location revolve around a digital screen then make it work?! employee service has always been terrible since this one opened so it’s no shock they don’t ever fix their ordering screen.
