We had come in just 5 minutes before closing and we were being served by this young lady named Cassidy and this young gentleman named David I believe. The service was 10/10 and Cassidy made sure that our sandwiches were just the way we liked it and made sure we got our money's worth, I just want to say I appreciate them for doing their job even though all they had to do was close that night.

Came in to order in the evening. The bread for the subs was unusually white, very crumbly and just plain weird. Employee putting veggies on and finishing up did so carelessly. Pretty well tossing sandwiches in a pile. And, The other employee didn’t seem to have too much patience with an elderly woman. Don’t care how busy and overwhelmed you are. As I have worked in fast food, cashiering and such. That woman was NOT being rude to you. Have some Respect. Also, went to the subway on North the next day, Their bread was just normal, it wasn’t white. Never has been any other time besides here.

1.12.25 TERRIBLE terrible service. I understand busy, atleast acknowledge the person in the drive thru,me, and communicate that you'll be right with me or something. I waited 30min in the drive without any acknowledgement. Guy without the red-haired was super nice and super apologetic. So thank you for that!

After several minutes of waiting, i finally figured out that there was a large order ahead of me. It would have been nice if they would have said something and gave me the choice to leave.

This is hand down the best subway!!! It’s always changing because the sandwich artists are what make the store!! These guys were great, clean, fast, and friendly!! Next time I wanna sub, I’m coming here

Using the drive through at this location, was greeted by the cashier who couldn’t look me or say anything at all other then my total. Had basically shoved the meal in my face as I struggled to get the bag into the car and shut the window before I had a chance to even thank them. Both of my sandwich’s were not the normal care that they had been making their sandwiches, one wasn’t even cut, thrown together and smashed. I also asked for extra meat and they missed that, didn’t add any and then barely added any of the regular meat. My other sandwich was burnt. I don’t know who is charge of these associates making these sandwich’s but allowing ur associates to sit out in the parking lot, running in between cars and customers and then providing below standard food is ridiculous.
