1.12.25 TERRIBLE terrible service. I understand busy, atleast acknowledge the person in the drive thru,me, and communicate that you'll be right with me or something. I waited 30min in the drive without any acknowledgement. Guy without the red-haired was super nice and super apologetic. So thank you for that!

After several minutes of waiting, i finally figured out that there was a large order ahead of me. It would have been nice if they would have said something and gave me the choice to leave.

This is hand down the best subway!!! It’s always changing because the sandwich artists are what make the store!! These guys were great, clean, fast, and friendly!! Next time I wanna sub, I’m coming here

Using the drive through at this location, was greeted by the cashier who couldn’t look me or say anything at all other then my total. Had basically shoved the meal in my face as I struggled to get the bag into the car and shut the window before I had a chance to even thank them. Both of my sandwich’s were not the normal care that they had been making their sandwiches, one wasn’t even cut, thrown together and smashed. I also asked for extra meat and they missed that, didn’t add any and then barely added any of the regular meat. My other sandwich was burnt. I don’t know who is charge of these associates making these sandwich’s but allowing ur associates to sit out in the parking lot, running in between cars and customers and then providing below standard food is ridiculous.

Subway has always been a great place. It's fast food, but truth be told it's like a step above fast-food, it's healthier, you get to watch them make the sandwiches in front of you, you get to make YOUR own sandwich, and of course you have their menu items also. A lot of options!The only issue prices have gone up a lot, which reminds me, does anyone remember the $5 dollar foot long commercials? Just me, great, now I feel old, just kidding.
Vegetarian options: Since they added new menu items, not 100% sure what their vegetarian options are, but you can still make your own sandwich without meat, I am sure.
Unless you want a sandwich saturated in sauce don’t mobile order here. Especially if you request light sauce

Ordered online. Waited until the time it was supposed to get picked up, but was not ready. Had to stand there and wait, get my own drinks. What is the point of online ordering? Then they put all three sandwiches and chips in the same (cheap) paper bag that ripped on my way to the car. Almost dropped all the food on the ground. This location needs to get it together.

Manager was Rude. LETTUCE was brown and look like it had been frozen . They did not offer to change out the LETTUCE. We had a coupon for buy one get one free with a drink and a small salad and it was $26.00. We were like wow $26.00.We will never go back. And will be telling everyone we know not to go there.
