Ordered online. Waited until the time it was supposed to get picked up, but was not ready. Had to stand there and wait, get my own drinks. What is the point of online ordering? Then they put all three sandwiches and chips in the same (cheap) paper bag that ripped on my way to the car. Almost dropped all the food on the ground. This location needs to get it together.

Manager was Rude. LETTUCE was brown and look like it had been frozen . They did not offer to change out the LETTUCE. We had a coupon for buy one get one free with a drink and a small salad and it was $26.00. We were like wow $26.00.We will never go back. And will be telling everyone we know not to go there.

Orchard Mesa subway is a joke!! Sandwiches take forever they skimp on the toppings and if you order ANYTHING WITH CONDIMENTS be ready to wear them all day on your clothing as welI because they make the biggest mess ever!! Also you will find the absolute, rudest and unprofessional people ever!! I also emailed corporate about the problem !Lets start by saying, IF YOU OFFER DRIVE THRU SERVICE IT SHOULD BE WORKING. i tried for several minutes to Order a Turkey sub, i could NOT touch the over arrow at all it kept pulling up a meatball sub. So i called for help. The girl on the intercome told me "she had no way to place my order from the intercome and if i couldn't figure out how to work around the 'dead spot in the center' to just give up and come in or call her back , even though she wouldn't help me" i tried one more time and then drove to the window. The lady came to the window and said "oh well you have to come inside "I said "my kid is sick w covid and starving i was trying to avoid coming in. Is it possible to ring it on a front registered for us, its 1 simple sandwich (foot long turkey on cheese herb bread w american cheese and mayo)Because i said i was sick and was trying to aviod coming in the "manager" jennifer , came over to the window yelling at me for not wearing a mask in my own car. And refused to help me because i said my kids was sick. When i asked why she was so rude and could I speak to the manager she said "she was manager" pointed to upside down name tag on her hat. I laughed and said who is the GM , your boss cause the complaint will be about your behavior. She absolutely refused to tell me any corporate contact info or the bame of the General Manager so i could call them later. Then i went on line to immediately report it , since she refused me info, and asked for the store number (its required for online complaint) Jennifer purposely gave me the wrong number and left the window. I sat and waited for 10 minutes before she returned to try and tell me she would call the police if i didn't move. I said" ive been waiting for the proper store number, you gave me the wrong one before you slammed the window and refused to come back. It was a missing 0 the last number after the dash. For the record the window was slammed on me 4 different times. Please check the camera 12/26 @ 1030am-11am cause it took that long!! They are rude, lazy, and completely unethical. Who made them decide if a hungry child deserves food or not?? I was there for her!! It is absolutely ridiculous you allow employees to treat people so horribly. Yet expect us to bring you money??? Never again will i waist a dime in this store. JENNIFER belongs picking up trash. Not running a shift. Name tag upside down on hat! Great image subway!! We wont ever be back. Also meth is a serious issue in the area. If your shift manager is overly aggressive and rude for no reason..... drug test your employees!! It shouldnt be ran by the local trap house people

If you want to eat anything other than the boring hamburgers,go to Subway subs for a delicious sub of your choice, the great variety of ingredients available and meats are of a great variety too, so your sub will be all of you choosing,so all you need is to enjoy your sub exactly the way you chosen to have it,you can also choose your sub as a meal with potato chips and a fountain drink or just the sub to take home and enjoy it you way. This sub shop is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful so I will recommend this sub shop to my family and friends any day. So go there and enjoy a sub made by you and you will be happy you did.and like me you will recommend this sub shop to your friends and family.Parking: Plenty of free parking.

Orchard mesa subway. The guy making the sandwich was either tired of being there or hated the job. I understand that completely, but throwing the sandwiches in the bag seemed a bit unprofessional. It's too bad that pride in the things people do doesn't exist anymore. I hope that young man finds a job he can be proud of.Parking: Plenty of parking. A little tricky to get in the parking lot if you haven't been there in the daylight but it isn't hard.

Touch screen ordering is frustrating. Ordered The Champ. Very messy. The sauce was bitter and made the sandwich inedible. If we go back we will not use the drive through, nor will we sauce the sandwiches.

So the workers here think they need a tip when they don’t take your order in the drive thru or even give you napkins. Maybe worry about doing the bare minimum you’re already supposed to do before you ask me to reward you for going above and beyond, which you’ve never once done at this location.
