The herb bread on my sub was so blonde I questioned whether or not it was cooked. They skimped on ingredients and I waited in line for like 20 min just to start my order. Which not the order takers fault as they were alone. What kind of business only has one employee on a Friday night?! Ridiculous..This location used to be good and you think it would be as it’s next to the college.

Hello, Until my most recent orders (last two), I have not had any issues.
I attempted to explain that ordering online may sometimes have it glitches.
The two workers who were there today pushed back. One it particular expressed, “I’m the general manager.” I asked what relevance is there to your title and my order?
They could benefit from some much needed Customer Service Training.

I come here at least twice a week first sandwich for my client, and at least once a week they do the sandwich wrong it is supposed to be an Italian BMT on wheat bread not toasted only meat and cheese mayonnaise and mustard and every time at least once a week it is wrong. It's not that hard to listen you guys and I will be coming in for some kind of resolution tonight or tomorrow

The woman working tonight, 4/8/25, was wonderful. She said she was new, and she was the only one working, and apparently a perfect storm of things going wrong happened. She was very kind, and gave me a meal for free. I insist that she be given a raise immediately.

The food is good, my personal problem is the way Mangers at the store treat their employees. They are rude and unprofessional and instead of helping when customers come in they leave it to the newbies and you can see them struggle. Mangers shouldn't stand around when customers enter, nor should they be unprofessional in the store with or without customers present. I feel bad for the people who had to wait forever in line because the mangers specifically Sarah and Brianna don't want to help.

Sandwich was delicious & the drinks were crisp but the churro we got was..unpleasant to say the least. Definitely go there for a sandwich but do NOT get their churro ?
