Great Sandwich but if you work at Subway and don't know what a Boston Mass. Transit is it messes the whole experience. Horrible customer service and customer volume control. Great location very clean.
My wife and I had dinner at this Subway. I spilled my drink the second I sat down. When I asked for a towel to clean it up a young man spoke up and said “no sir! I will get that cleaned up immediately!” I soon found out his name is Kevin. He did as promised and promptly mopped the floor and cleaned the table. All with a smile. Thank you Kevin for the making that mishap a phenomenal experience!

We came in when no one else was there and waited a little bit. A bunch of people came in later and waited a lot longer. It seemed as though one staff member was working the line and the rest were focusing on online orders. Not a huge deal but I could tell people were a little frustrated they were waiting so long.
