Employee was mopping floor and took a long time give service. She was very rude and I had to keep repeating myself. By the time she decided to go behind bar and help and lost my appetite. Won't be coming back to this location!

Considering in a matter of 45 minutes I ordered two different sandwiches one of them I personally put in the doordash order the second my daughter did first one that came with onions provolone cheese she's allergic to onions and we asked for American cheese so then I let her order her own sandwich make sure was ordered exactly second one came provolone cheese I don't know what is wrong with this establishment they will not answer the phones and doordash doesn't provide the entire amount of what you pay for the order so I paid $30 for two sandwiches and not one of them were correct I think that some people need more training

The manager (I think idk he’s old) as of sept. 4th 2024 was super rude for no reason only reason it got two stars for service was because the other employee working was making an effort at least. Sandwich wasn’t bad but he literally crushed it when he rolled it up, I get having a bad night but no need to act that way.

Ordred two foot long clubs with bacon. Paid for the bacon since it did not come with bacon. Extra $6 for the bacon and they forgot the bacon. AND i tried to call the store several times andno answer AND their mail box us full. This is why Jersey Mikes is winning and subway is losing

I’ve always loved this subway, so I was very disappointed today to walk in and see the lack of care for cleanliness some employees have. There was a woman behind the counter wearing one glove (she was on the register so this was understandable). I watched her proceed to rub her eyes, nose, and mouth. Without washing her hands, she proceeded to lick her fingers, grab new gloves, and put them on. She then used her hand to brush crumbs off the counter, touched her face again, and went about making sandwiches without changing gloves. After seeing this, I walked out and went to the subway on north ave. You would think it’s common sense to wash your hands/change gloves in between touching your face/other surfaces and making sandwiches, but I guess not. Just gross! This happened about 20 minutes ago today.

6/14/2024 My husband and i decided to have subway this last sunday and the two guys behind the counter were either not getting along or not helping each other but it sure effected or sandwiches, my husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and i an all american and my husband said it tasted like tuna and chicken and my all american the bread was diffently left out too long but what we thought would be a nice dinner out turned into take home and ate. Because the atmosphere you could cut the tension with a knife . Sorry you guys are having bad days0

I ordered online on February 28 in the evening and usually its good but the two guys working night shift were apparently struggling. Both the sandwiches I ordered were made wrong and they weren't cheap. I find it funny they expect to be tipped when they can't even make two sandwiches correctly in a empty restaurant.

on 1/15/2024 I stood fo 10 minutes waiting to place my order and was the only person in the store the clerk was rude and could not even get my order right then would not cut the sandwiches into 6 inchers she the dropped the bag on the floor and did not want to place my order into a new bag after she tore the first one I am handicapped and she didnt care how I got out of the store... Will never go Back!!!!!!!!
