I ordered lunch on 11/19. The sub its self was good. The sides i recieved were not up to par? It def looks like they crumpled up my chips to fit in the brown bag, on top of that the chips were very very stale. I know resturant life can be difficult but maybe put the chips on the outside and check the experations on the the chips?

I just ordered a regular BLT and I really like the lettuce so I put extra lettuce when ordering. Once I picked up my order they put ZERO lettuce on my sandwich. A BLT is literally bacon, LETTUCE, and tomato. So considering they left out a whole main ingredient, that is pretty frustrating.

Trash service wouldn't recommend the closing lady is very rude to customers and needs her attitude checked im surprised people like this still have a job so much for good people and good customer service anymore

I was in on 8/16/25 around 9pm and the associate named Kaytlyn was EXTREMELY disrespectful. You can tell she is just annoyed we came in so she couldn’t sit around and waste time. this is not the first time. Not only does she have zero respect for the customer, she ignored my request multiple times to put honey mustard and AFTER she ignored me and put yellow mustard on it i said i actually wanted honey mustard and she ignores me and wraps it up anyway, and says “well what do you want me to do it’s already been made soo.” she then yells to the back for another associate to come to the front because i was going to give her “issues” over mustard. this was after she was giving constant attitude the whole entire interaction but I was nice up until she was complaining about me to her coworker very obviously annoyed. I then just said “I’m sorry you’re having a bad night and that doesn’t mean you can take it out on me. I requested it multiple times and you’ve had a bad attitude this whole time.” Not one ounce of kindness or customer service skills. I’m surprised this lady even works in the front. If she didn’t want to be near customers put her in the back. I am a one of the managers of a retail store, I know exactly what customer service is supposed to look like and that wasn’t even close.

went in to this location about 6:30 pm 8/10 and the girl working line and cash register was very rude to my sister and i she had a long line of people and we had to wait 10 minutes after food was done to pay and leave by that time it was cold and she made several belittling comments and proceeded to laugh in my face about them… she wore rainbow glasses needless to say this location will not be getting my business until she is dealt with.

Just spent seven dollars on a 6 inch sandwich that had the most disgusting hard bread that crumbled into dust. This is exactly why I go to Subway very very, very rarely (bad food) and wish I had stayed away this time too.

Subway's a great place to eat. This Subway is no different the staff are friendly they are sandwich artists. The food is always fresh. The location is nice. However the last time I was at this restaurant. I took to go so I didn't realize till it was my fault. When I called and told him that it was messed up they told me I had to bring it all the way back there. So I just kept the sandwich

Not sure of the guys name but he’s the one with the light brown blondish receding hair line. Worked Sunday 5/18 around 4 pm.. extremely rude attitude like I was bothering him to do his job. Sorry you applied at subway.maybe choose a better profession.

The worse customer service. I asked if I could have olives on my nachos and I was told no. I asked why and they yelled at me in front of a full house and left me so ashamed. These employees need to be fired.

We had a cold cut combo and split it. Not my fav, but my wife wanted it. Definitely better toasted, but ingredients were fresh and the bread not days old, which can sometimes be a problem at Subway. Cheap lunch and quick!
