So I received a gift card for Christmas and I redeemed it properly on my email but when I got in there we scanned the qr code and they said it was unknown after trying twice. after being ignored We decided to walk out of there with no dinner and I will not be going back. Terrible service and jerks and on top of that someone ahead of us got skipped.

Just got back from being treated poorly by two male employees in the Clifton store! 2:00pm on Sunday. Not busy so that's not an excuse for the very poorly made and wrapped sandwiches. We ran into some who was there about 20 minutes before us, same treatment and same terrible looking sandwiches. Ridiculous. Called to speak with a manager; he was no help. Didn't offer any compensation, barely offered an apology. Super frustrated!

This location has drastically deteriorated. Crew they had on tonight all look like they hate there jobs, look irritated by having customers in the store and act like the toppings are coming out of there paychecks. 4 pickles on a sandwich is crazy! Then when you ask for more they catch an attitude. I will not come back to this location. I will drive across town to the other location where the service is a lot better!

Do online orders upset your employees? Every time I order online, which I like to do because I usually get a deal of some sort, my sandwich is made as though someone is mad at me. I don't need half a bottle of mayo to my two pieces of grilled chicken. That's an exaggeration, but only just barely! The only way I can get a decent sandwhich is if I go in person and watch them like a hawk. Also, I didn't get my chips, boo :(

Would not order from this subway again. Had an issue with ordering at 8 pm. Tried calling multiple times to figure it out like the text informed me to do. Finally drove down and called while waiting just to make sure the phone works. It does. Was unable to get any kind of help after going in there because apparently the establishment is RAN BY CHILDREN with absolutely terrible customer service. No manager on site. Never heard of a business running a closing shift eith only minors behind the counter and no manager at all. Rediculous.

Rude employees refused service literally just now for no reason
Went with my boyfriend to get food, last week we got a churro that was harder than a rock you couldn’t even eat it, it ripped the paper just trying to get it out. Went back in tonight to get food, simply asked if we could get a free churro cause the one we got last week was awful, couldn’t give us a simple no, just looked at my boyfriend and I like we were stupid and then proceeded to walk away. The guy making our sandwich had AirPods in and said “light lettuce” on our sandwich and continued to load it with lettuce.. also asked for the managers name so we could call in the morning and he stayed quiet and said “he didn’t know” very displeased with the employees and very rude and disrespectful kids working. Not to mention we went in 40 minutes before they closed and as soon as we walked the employee/employees had attitude with us.

I got a churro about a week ago and it was harder than a rock wasn’t able to eat it and had to throw it away. I just went back in today and got a sandwich, I asked if I could please get another churro because the last one I got was so hard. The employees looked at me like I was an idiot and did not make me feel comfortable. I then asked for the managers name so I could call in the morning and the employees said they didn’t know the name and walked to the walkin fridge. Very disappointed with the service and those employees should be held accountable. That is unacceptable the way they made me feel and the way they treated me for simply asking for that. I will not be going in there any more period

The 3 employees in this establishment this evening were not friendly, all had airpods in their ears so they weren't listening to what the customer wanted or asked the same questionmultiple times because of not listening. I asked for pepper jack cheese and he gave me Provolone which I absolutely hate and it made my sandwich disgusting. If they didn't have the food area blocked off where we could see our food being made like we used to I could have stopped him from putting the wrong cheese. And on top of that the foot long cookie we got was like half raw dough still. This place needs better management.

Ordered bacon chicken ranch sandwich. Chicken tasted like tuna but looked like chicken....The tea was out. Asked them twice to make tea. Nobody made tea. Three employees stading around, asked again...no tea. Paid for a drink and did not get a drink.
