First time to Suehiro in a while. For the price, it is probably the best sushi & Japanese food on the Western Slope. There are other places in town that have good sushi but have inflated prices compared to Suehiro. Tonight was no different. We started with the Gzoya dumplings appetizer, which is always tasty. The only change I would make to the dish is to pan sear the bottoms of them for an added crunch / texture. After the appetizer; we ordered Dynamite Shrimp, the Yellowfin...
This was my very first experience in a Japanese restaurant and it was amazing! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming as well as attentive. The food was great! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you everyone at Suehiro!
Kid-friendliness: We personally did not take our children, however another family had a small child with them while we were there and she seemed to have a great time.

I'm very late on my review, but I have a long history with this restaurant in regards to dining & knowing the people who work there.
First off, it's a family-oriented atmosphere. The staff are attentive & caring, and the food is great--not JUST sushi.
