Came here with all kiddos and was not welcomed by the baristas, besides an eye roll from the bigger one. She then yelled at us to make sure the kids don't eat before paying 😳 our children were very well behaved and we were actually having a good time until then, she rudely interrupted my question to be & told me to use the next register, again rude service except by the one who rang us up. My family owns ice cream and cabins one thing we really take seriously is customer service I hope the manager sees this and has a talk with whoever was working today to let them know it does make a big difference to the people you serve , and we won't be coming back as of now

The frozen yogurt here is very sweet and their toppings are perfect. It's a little expensive but so is everywhere else so I can't complain.

Our first time visiting and we went back the very next day. The pastries and ice cream were so good. We were in town for the holidays and went back for more pastries to take back home to Texas. Apple pie muffin, cinnamon rolls, apple danish, cream cheese danish and cinnamon roll
muffin. 10/10.

My boyfriend got a cup of coffee and said it tasted like Folgers. So I tried it for myself, and it tasted like BURNT Folgers 🥲

Not sure how you can screw up a redbull infusion. For basically $10 that’s pretty ridiculous

I have been going there for the last few weekends with my husband and ordering drinks and every time we go there it is not a welcoming atmosphere, and the barista does not ask how we’re doing or what we would like. Often times when we ask for recommendations she does not answer and she seems to be annoyed that we came. The coffee is okay and the redbull infusions sometimes are not made with the full can of redbull and they never give us the rest of the can and the drink is almost $10 and you think they would give you the rest of the can. The service overall was not the best and I don’t think I will be returning.

Got the Boba here. Boba was alright, just not really a Boba person. Can dark a gloomy inside but a nice place. There are some areas to sit at outside. A ton of stuff to choose from on their menu.

I've been to this place about 5 times since they opened and every single time I leave mad at myself for having wasted money.
They never have vanilla FroYo for those who don't like overly sweet flavors which is a huge disappointment.
I got an Italian Soda a few years back that tasted like liquid chemicals and the whipped cream was sour.
I then, went back a couple months later and spent 8 dollars on a sub-par sandwich that was smaller than the size of my hand.
I vowed to never go back.
Then, a couple of weeks ago we decided to get frozen yogurt and was disappointed that they had no vanilla FroYo but even more disappointed in the price. We settled and got some but was quickly disappointed.
Then, just today, we decided to give this place one more chance to redeem itself (since we didn't feel like driving all the way to OM).
Again, no vanilla FroYo, so I instead decided to try a milk tea which was the worst, most watery milk tea I've ever had. I paid extra for boba and received maybe 10 boba pearls as well.
I'm only giving this place two stars instead of one because the sweet girl behind the counter tried to add cream to it but couldn't save the drink.
I ended up going home and dumping the drink into a strainer in my sink and using the boba for a homemade milk tea. Very disappointing considering it was nearly $8 including tip.
My boyfriend, who got a $10 bowl of frozen yogurt barely had a few bites and washed it down the sink as well.
I think it's very safe to say we will not be coming back.
You're much better off going to U Top It in Orchard Mesa.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They’ll try their hardest to accommodate and I’ve always been treated so well at Sugar&Ice!

Fun and vibrant little spot off the main thoroughfare near the college. It may be kind of expensive but offers cool drinks, hot drinks, ice cream and a toppings bar. Friendly atmosphere, well lit, clean.. and busy.

Parking: Off street in a little parking lot are for multiple businesses... Not too bad if just a little small.
