Very disappointed!!! We’ve never had issues at this Taco Bell- until tonight. We ordered two bean burritos and three hard shall tacos. They didn’t ask if we wanted sauce, so I told the clerk we needed eight packets of fire sauce. She grabbed a handful and tossed them in the bag. Neither employee who waited on us smiled or thanked us. When we got home, we found the burritos stuck to the wrapper- a portion of each pulled off when the wrapper was removed. All three tacos had cracked shells and were soggy at the bottom.
Guess we’ll try one of the other locations in town from now on.

Got lunch today after work around 2ish and I don’t think the person heard me or if the speaker is broken. Got asked four times what I wanted. Then ordered the new strawberry lime refresca and there was molded/rotten strawberries in it

I've gone here a few times, and every single time, the staff has been short of temper and very, very rude. They cook horribly, with bad portions, and burning food.
They didn't give me part of my order, and when I asked the staff member, I just gave me a blank stare, then refused to give me what the order was missing.
I know, ultimately, that they won't give me a refund, and nothing will change. I will NOT be coming back.
Edit: Went again as they were the only ones open. It was stale and lame

Quite cheap but quality isn't always great, the food tastes to be expected for fast food Mexican, the service isn't anything outstanding nor the atmosphere

Easily the worst tacobell In town. Order is made incorrectly 9/10 times. Always hard over fried chalupa shells. I don’t know what it is with the people they hire at this location, but the incompetence level is through the roof.
