Well I came in yesterday at 8am, I had ordered 5 tacos no lettuce. I’m deathly allergic, and the tacos had lettuce. So I had ordered through the app and put that I got the wrong food. Said I got a reward for it and didn’t. So the next day I came in the same time and the manager Vanessa. Was so rude to me, I could hear her in the back calling me a lair and then told me I was broke. 10/10 will not be back to this taco bell ever. She should be written up for the way she just acted .

The wait here is absolutely unreal!!! I just waited OVER 30 MINUTES for 4 burritos, potatoes and nachos fries while at least A DOZEN other customers ( not exaggerating at all) got their food even though they came in after we ordered. We waited from ~18:25 - 19:05 today
Asked about the status of the food after about 15 minutes and the cashier said they were working on it, a while later they said again that they were still working on it meanwhile everyone else is getting their order in 5 minutes so it turned out they lied both times. There was nothing crazy or unusual on the order whatsoever just pure incompetence by whoever is in charge of the orders. I dont know how they turned such a simple task into a seemingly Herculean feat.
Never coming to this taco bell again. I could've gone to the grocery store, bought a can of Rosarita beans and tortillas and cooked my own food faster than this.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They give you horrible service. Every person on staff cannot read. Its funny they all probably spend all day on their phones. Yet reading a computer monitor with a taco order is too complicated. Then if you even try to call the store they wont answer the phone. You can tell the staff here couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

For the past almost month I have been trying to order my usual sausage crunchwrap for breakfast but the employees and the app continues to tell me that they don’t have sausage. I work for a fast food place and know places get their truck two times a week. Whoever is responsible for putting in their truck for Taco Bell needs to actually start doing it right or ordering more product because obviously what they order isn’t enough.

Everything was good but the chips and cheese i got the chips were extremely over salted. All I could taste was salt lije enough to refund my whole order it was like eating the Atlantic ocean ong will never order from here again

I have went to this toco bell twice this week, and the first time I had to go back due to my Doritos locos tocos meal was suppose to be supreme. The second time was today and I ordered a chalupa supreme meal and the chalupa shells were hard as a rock and crunched, and all my food was cold. Idk what is going on here but it’s it’s very expensive and the food sucks! Don’t eat here
