We only received 1/2 of our food. We didn’t eat until a while after we picked it up so we didn’t notice 1/2 was missing until a few hours later. Just goes to show you that they are not checking the bags before they hand your food out of the window. Highly disappointed and frustrated with the service or lack there of.
They were out of hamburger meat therefore I couldn't order but was stuck in the drive thru. It would be nice if they had a sign before you entered the drive thru.

1 Star - Extremely Disappointed
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was just too bad to ignore. First off, Taco Bell got our entire order wrong — we asked for a few simple items and somehow ended up with a completely different meal. To make matters worse, one of the items had a hair in it, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. When we tried to sort it out, they couldn’t even give us a receipt, so we had no way to prove what we originally ordered. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and no accountability. Definitely not coming back.
