An absolute gem! Every single broth they have is flavorful and amazing! The selection of fresh veggies alone is worth your cost. You can’t beat $12.99 all you can eat buffet. Just don’t waste the food! They have new policies that you can be charged if you waste a lot of food and all. We don’t want their prices to go up so I really hope people read the signs and don’t waste. No to-go boxes! Eat what you can. I hope this place never leaves and their prices don’t change. Amazing. Hands down the best hot pot in town.
My family & I went here to eat & there food was so disgusting & I was so unhappy with the food. I will never go there again. I don't recommend this to anyone some of my family got sick. I can go somewhere else to eat & not waste as much food as I did tonight. It looked like the night befores dinner, the drinks where gross & had no flavor at all. There was a couple that walked in after us & left after looking at the food & they chose to eat somewhere else instead of this restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
the food looked like it was not cooked all the way and it looked like it was reheated over and over again and I got food poisoning from there food I do not recommend in my life at all and what I had different from my family was their shrimp with mushrooms in it and it looked like it was reheated over again it was not even hot like none of their food was, I have not been so discussed in my life ya it was cheep kinda of but not worth it at all there was not a big variety of food at all and less then 4 hours later I was getting sick and half of the food that we all got was wasted because of how nasty it was and how it looked to so I will never go there again in my life it was nasty never again so if you want to ask anyone I would not go there
we took our family to eat here & the food wasn't terrible but not the best we won't be going back as my daughter also ended up with food poisoning I wish it would have only been a couple of family members that went to try it & not the whole family as it was way more expensive then we thought it was going to be. I love Chinese food & there are only 3 Chinese restaurants here in town i will eat at again. I have never been so disappointed in restaurant food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

All-you- can-eat HOT POT for $13 in this economy? An absolute steal. I kept thinking that there was going to be a mistake or add on costs or something, but there wasn't ---literally decent hot pot at a crazy affordable cost.
You get little individual pots of broth, which you do need to fetch yourself. Definitely be careful, and hold your bot using the side handles. You can get a variety of veggies, seafood and sliced meats (fridges underneath the island).
Service was fast. Place was small but decorated.
We had a lovely time!

I had an incredible dining experience at Taste of Chang’An, a fantastic hotpot and BBQ spot that delivers on both quality and flavor. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was lively and inviting, with cozy booths and friendly staff eager to help guide us through the menu.
The highlight of the meal was the hotpot. The broth was rich and flavorful, and we opted for a mix of the spicy and mild options, which was perfect for balancing the heat. The selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables was fresh and high quality—each ingredient cooked to perfection in the bubbling broth. The dipping sauces were also a great touch, with a variety of options to customize the flavor.
For the BBQ, the experience was just as impressive. We had a selection of marinated meats like beef short ribs, pork belly, and chicken, all of which grilled beautifully on the tabletop grill. The cuts were tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and cooking them at our table added a fun, interactive element to the meal.
The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed and helped explain the hotpot and BBQ process when needed. The ambiance was lively but not overwhelming, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and celebrations.
All in all, Taste of Chang’An offers a fantastic hotpot and BBQ experience with fresh ingredients, great flavors, and excellent service. It’s the perfect place for anyone who loves interactive dining and hearty, flavorful meals. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Savory Chinese food, generous portions, and reasonable prices. Service was friendly but a bit slow, perhaps due to being understaffed. Table tops are unusual, attempting to accommodate two different approaches to serving, but making it a little tricky to eat without inadvertently dropping food or utensils into one of the pockets. Overall, however, the quality of food makes up for the other quirks.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner date and we pleasantly surprised by the kind and happy service. What a treat, a restaurant that is actually happy you are there.
We had never been to a hot pot and they were very helpful in showing us the layout of all of the choices, how to run the hot pot table and grill.
We felt a bit overwhelmed the first time, but the server made it very comfortable. There is an abundance of choices to choose from. Grilling meats and seafoods at your table (you do this yourself) and then cooking your soup pot. There is a huge variety of broths bases, noodles, vegetables, fruits, salads, seafood and meats.
It is very creative and would be fun with a group of friends. You also have a choice to order regular Chinese food from the menu. They offer beer, sake and wine for cocktails. The restaurant appears very clean and you see the staff bleaching every table when a guest leaves.
It is a fun and tasty dinning experience with more food than you can eat.

Coming here for dinner tonight did not disappoint. The staff are so helpful and are willing to explain things. The atmosphere was fantastic. The food was great! You're able to try broths and make them your own. As well as a build your own dipping sauce bar. 10/10 would recommend trying!
