We have gone to this restaurant for over 7 years and always found it wonderful. It was my husbands favorite place to dine. We went tonight 9/30/25 to celebrate his birthday even tho he passed away. The service was extremely slow, but the staff was friendly. But it was insufficient, items we ordered were never delivered and one appetizer that was ordered during happy hour wasn’t delivered until the dinner was and we were charged for dinner prices. I ordered a glass of wine...
Let me start by stating this is the only restaurant that does hibachi in grand junction. I have lived in other states and cities and have been to several Japanese steak houses. Let me start with the customer service. It was fabulous. The restaurant is small but cute. The food however, is terribly overpriced for what you get. I hope they can find a way to reduce the prices without impacting the quality.
We went without expectations just because after 15 days of hamburgers we would eat anything else. The offer is varied because you can eat the classic Japanese or sit at the table with the. Egg and eat some cooked things. We opted for sushi at the counter. I must say that I didn’t give the 5 balls because the wait was endless, they are too slow but the dishes were all good and tasty. The price was more than reasonable. I absolutely recommend it
