The margaritas were good but the service and food was horrible. The restaurant was empty at 2pm on a Saturday and it took over an hour to get one order of fajitas. The steak was so chewy we had to throw it away and the shrimp so overdone it was inedible. We will not be returning here.

This was NOT good! They need to change their fryer oil there chips were so gross, pork carnitas was hard and dry and the refried beans tasted stale! Very disappointed! This is the 2nd time we've been there and the 2nd time they were terrible! ?

I've been here about six times now. Some solo, with family. The portions on consistent, business family very friendly and the food every time is outstanding

We used to go here weekly....it's gone downhill more and more over the last year or so....went tonight, it was busy at first but after over an hour waiting (after being seated) for appetizers we realized they forgot about us completely. Food wasn't as good as it used to be, then over two hours later, the place empty, and after hunting someone down for our bill, we were able to leave. Looking for a new favorite

We stopped there for dinner because we always had a great meal at that restaurant for over 10 years . We were very desappointed,.we had our favorite,carne asada portion were much smaller and the price higher . It was not good,we did not find the plate we Used to have for so long when traveling through Grand Junction. Waiters and waitresses are transparent . Not a place to stop anymore. On our next trip we will give it another chance .

Actually terrible, worst meal ever. Taco salad was sitting in water from small portion of ground beef with maybe 3 pieces of lettuce. shell was soaked on bottom and falling apart...paid extra for quacamole. which was less than a teaspoon.enchiladas were OK, but again swimming in water, this time from the beans.won't go back. one more restaurant in GJ that we won't return to.

Came in for lunch had the Chile Colorado absolute best. Had a margarita fantastic as always wife had enchiladas they were great. I have been working in Phoenix and all their talk about great Mexican food does not begin to compare to our tequilas Love this place and the staff here never forgets a face and the service always good.

Extremely rude & unethical. Their menu lists a medium and jumbo margarita, but wait staff asks if you want a small or medium, but when you select medium because that's what menu says, they bring and charge for a jumbo. When you question it, they say we have only a small and medium, and when you show them the menu, they say, "el menu es incorrecto". So, you think you're ordering what they consider a small, and they know you are, but they bring a jumbo. Very unethical way to increase sales. If you order a happy hour margarita, and the waiter is busy, he brings you a jumbo and does not let you have happy hour price because he does not want to have to return to your table. Management does not predetermine meat portions, so when you order a dinner carne asada, cook determines what you get. Many times you get a teeny tiny portion, and they never serve the little green onions the menu says it comes with. I don't know what happens to the remainder of the dinner portion, but customer pays over $22 for a teeny tiny piece of meat. Maybe the cook eats the rest of your portion, and maybe waitress does. Who knows. Very unethical. The wait staff is extremely rude and crooked, and if they don't like your tip, they b**** you out next time you come in.

Even though I've lived in Junction for over two decades now, I have never eaten here. I always pass by it when running errands and never think anything of it. The other day a friend of mine invited me to try it for lunch and I was interested to see what they had to offer. The ambience and decor is that of a typical Mexican restaurant and there were a few people coming and going during lunch hour. Both myself and my friend ordered the Carne Asada and I really liked it. While there was plenty of rice and beans on the side, there wasn't as big of a portion of meat and guacamole as I would've liked to. The server was nice and friendly, and checked in on us every so often. Overall a good experience.

We were very disappointed with our experience at Tequila’s. The food quality was poor, the service was very slow, and the food even came in cold. If you’re considering a mexican option you should definitely look elsewhere.

The cabbage that they bring along with the chips and salsa was so good as were the chips and salsa. I also enjoyed my taco fajita salad. My husband had the seafood burrito and said it was really good.

We came to this restaurant at 4:00 on a Wednesday and it wasn't very busy. I felt like our server was either the host or manager because he wasn't very attentive to us. We had to ask for extra drinks, chips, salsa. My Seafood enchiladas consisted of Shrimp (no crab) and a red sauce instead of white cream sauce but he never checked on us so I ended up eating what I received. Someone else brought out our order and was pleasant but we had to ask for sour cream which wasn't brought with dinner. One of the people with us grabbed the attention of the server to order dessert but he didn't ask if the other 3 of us wanted anything.Everything tasted good but the service left quite a bit to be desired.
