My girl and I rode our Lime scooters around and ended up here for dinner. As we really were attracted to the ambiance last week. Today we shared our first meal, a burger, goat chips (fat fries) and some happy hour drinks. All of which were absolutely delicious. The staff are very kind, service well done with extra care in making sure our needs were met. GOAT CHIPS ARE GREAT, GUINNESS IS EXCEPTIONAL. But why, oh why is there no cabbage in the house? Corned beef without cabbage, it just is not right! . THE WAIT STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. The Irish dirge may have upset set the flow of my digestive enzymes! Please put happy or at least melodic on your audio system!

This is a great spot for pub style comfort food and basic American fare. The food is always hot and tastes good, and they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. I love the downtown location. Also, they’re one of the few places to offer a boozy brunch on the western slope. However, if you have a more sophisticated or adventurous palate, this isn’t the place for you. I would take my dad here, but not my hip city friends from out of town. It’s always packed with people because it’s a good spot with a good atmosphere. It can be quite loud and dark, though. I don’t go here for deep conversation. You often have to shout over the crowd and music. If that’s what you want out of your night, this is a great place to go. Sometimes it is the vibe I want, other times it isn’t.

Great experience across the board. Stopped in Grand Junction on a road trip and Goat and Clover was near our hotel, and wow we got lucky! Mia was on top of our special order and the food came out and was delicious.
