The little pink truck catered our 60 person wedding and it was amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests.
We had LPT cater our wedding in Crested Butte on July 5th. They were incredibly responsive and kind in all communications. On top of that, the food was amazing. It far exceeded my expectations of typical BBQ and we received many comments on how good the food was. Highly recommend the brisket, green chili mac, and cucumber salad, but it was all amazing. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
We hired them to cater our wedding. It was so yummy! We had 135 people and they all love it! Their catering menu was easy to find on their website and communication with them about modifications were smooth! I would use them for catering again in a heartbeat!
The Little Pink Truck catered our wedding in Southwest Colorado a few weekends ago. All of the food was phenomenal! I had numerous people ask me the next day who catered! In particular, everyone raved about the crostini appetizers and the figgy goat salad. They were also very easy to communicate with leading up to the day and were incredibly friendly.
Pastrami sandwich wasn’t that good. I wouldn’t try it again.
very yummy and decently priced. my 4 year old loved the grilled cheese and pickle. the lavender lemonade was delicious. I'll be buying more of those for sure.
The employees are so kind. The food is delicious. My favorite is the LUMBERJACK GRILLED CHESSE. Thanks guys!!!!!
Had a slight mess up on my order- told the staff and not only did they fix it immediately and helped me get a new item, but they were incredibly kind about the interaction. Great staff, great food, highly recommend.
We got so many compliments on the food thy catered for our wedding. They were on time, professional, clean, and amazing. I would absolutely hire them again for an event.
We had LPT cater a pre wedding family party. The food was delicious and Luke was there to set up everything as promised. I will definitely use them again! I will say the wood smoked pork and chicken were great with an assortment of bbq sauces was delicious and the green chile Mac was fantastic as well. We were very happy with everything. They are also very reasonable.

These guys were a delight for our wedding catering. Such delicious options. Easy to work with and pro about it all.
The Little Pink Truck catered my friend's wedding. We ordered Catering Option 1 with the BBQ Pork and Pulled Chicken as our meat options and the Green Chili Mac & Cheese and Marinated Cucumber Salad as our sides. The food was a hit all around (although, we might have been a little short on mac & cheese) and the setup/teardown was very efficient. Our only point of feedback would be in the realm of communication. The only method of communication offered originally was the online contact form, which the owner was rather slow to respond to. I had to call in to get a phone number for more reliable communication, but even with that, the owner wasn't very good about checking in and keeping us apprised of his plans. Otherwise, no complaints and we would be happy to work with them again.
The Little Pink Truck has been my favorite food truck in the Grand Valley for many years. There simply isn't a festival or event held in the area where I'm not excitedly scanning the vendors in hopes of seeing that cute pink trailer and the mouth-watering culinary delights it always contains. The area has a rich and diverse food truck culture with a wide variety of above average mobile eateries, but none have ever come close to the consistency or quality of this moving masterpiece.Ingredients matter here; and everything from the bread to the tomatoes, the cheese and the meat is remarkably high grade. These are formed into a simple menu of panini style hot sandwiches, formed and cooked expertly. In all the years I've been eating here they simply have never not impressed me, and these huge sandwiches offer so much value for your money. Always served swiftly regardless of the line, and always with a warm greeting and smile. The Little Pink Truck is a jewel of the Grand Valley, and I hope to be scanning the horizon for their offerings at every festival and parking lot for years to come.
While I enjoyed my pulled pork sandwich, my husband did not like the spicy Reuben. The serving size is generous. Service is ok, not super friendly. We won't be back.
I was finally able to try this Pastrami sandwich I kept hearing about... Now, let me say this is.not your usually Sysco Pastrami sandwich I'm used to. No! This Pastrami was Home Smoked and Thick cut, big slices of juicy, smoky Pastrami that had just the right amount of Pepper and Smoke. Must say I was concerned with how thick the meat was cut, as I'm very accustomed to thin, shaved pastrami... Never-mind all of that chatter, this meat was juicy, tender, succulent and packed with flavor!! Hands down, best Pastrami I've ever eaten!! I will support this awesome business and super cool people, and recommend their food to everyone!! I've also tried some of their other offerings and can say everything has been Delicious without exception!!! Thank You Luke, Patricia and the Fellas!!. See you very soon!!! ???????
