Chef John Young and The Ribber Bar-B-Que team made our 50th Anniversary Celebration truly unforgettable. From start to finish their service was top-notch. The menus was extensive and absolutely delicious-every dish was a hit with our guests. John and his team went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and honored.
They were incredibly accommodating, handling everything from set up to clean-up including bussing the tables. We appreciate having the option of a buffet or plated dinner and they would even provided umbrellas dinnerware or work seamlessly with ours. John was so helpful with the menus selections, making the process easy and stress free.
The staff was amazing-friendly, efficient and professional. Truly, we couldn’t have asked for a more kind and caring chef to be a part of our special occasion. We wholeheartedly recommend The Ribber Bar-B-Que Catering for any event you want outstanding food and exceptional service!

John and his team were incredible to work with to cater our wedding! John ensured that me and my fiancé were able to try his food before making our decision and walked us through his whole process for preparation, cooking, and serving. The food exceeded our expectations! He also met with me over the phone to ensure all questions were answered before our big day, easing the stress of wedding planning. Day-of, his staff was quick to adjust the original plan due to weather ensuring that all of our guests were served hot, delicious food quickly and from the most friendly service! Wow! I was so impressed with John and his team. They came recommended to me by several different people so we hired them to cater our wedding and they did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. I got so many compliments on the appetizers, entree, and dessert throughout the night! John was super easy to work with and had so many great recommendations. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

I am in the wedding industry and already knew he had great food and did a wonderful job but when we hired him for a family memorial, he went above and beyond and made it one less thing to worry about on an emotional day. The food was mouthwatering good, and my only regret is that I didn’t eat more.

John and his crew did an absolute amazing job catering our wedding. From start to finish, John was easy to connect and communicate with for every little detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable on how to do weddings and brought up procedures we would’ve never thought about. It truly made our day that much easier for us and guests alike. They showed up to the venue fully prepared and accommodated to the location perfectly. Our guests enjoyed the food we picked out and were impressed with how The Ribber prepared all of the dishes. John and his crew also helped cut cake, clean up and dispose of trash. I highly recommend The Ribber for weddings or any other event you may have. Such a nice group of people to have help you make it the best possible experience. P.s. - His Mac and Cheese was such a hit at our wedding!
