The restaurant itself is very inviting and the bartenders are fabulous. The manager, however, leaves a lot to be desired. We came in for a drink and I decided to try the bacon wrapped scallops at $9.95 each. The scallops were served smothered in jam and rubbery. I also ordered a spinach salad and requested the addition of a steak which was denied by the manager. I understood why when the $20 salad came out on a very small side salad sized square plate with dressing on the side with no room for even a small steak. The manager came over and I expressed my disappointment with the scallops and salad. Essentially, his reply was “I don’t want to throw you under the bus, but I’ve been serving this for years and hardly anyone complains.” I was so impressed by the ambiance, wine selection, and bar tenders, but the manager left me with a sour taste and we will not return. When I can make food better at home, why would I pay a premium to eat out and be belittled for expecting a high quality? Very unfortunate.

Looking for upper-class, fancy fine dining in the Grand Valley? THIS is the place. The ambiance, the waitstaff, the food - all of it is top notch. The only downside (but how could such a place avoid it?) is the price. I had only been here once about 20 years ago on a date and now finally got a chance to take my wife. We really decided to go for it and I had the filet mignon Oscar-style with its wine paring. Afterward we had desert with coffee. Our total bill $220! So that was probably our once in a life-time shot at the fanciest dinner ever! Guys, want to sweep your girlfriend or wife off her feet? THIS is the place!
We love the Winery. Steve et al do a fantastic job at creating a memorable experience every single time. It's a Grand Junction treasure and we really appreciate the work and love that goes into it.

Loved it! What a wonderful experience! We were visiting from Colorado Springs and this restaurant was wonderful and highly recommended. The steak was perfectly cooked and had wonderful flavor. We loved the scalloped potatoes! The service was fantastic as well. Such a cute little place!

Stumbled upon this place online after a long day hiking in Colorado National Monument with the husband. Found a last second reservation and showed up! The host was the owner I believe. Very sweet gentleman, and should be so proud of his wait staff. Our server was a young shorter blonde gal, and she was so sweet and so helpful. It made us feel like our night was special even thought it was just two old folks going out for a quiet dinner. The meals we ordered were perfect! Scallops and steak was on point. Husband was impressed with his steak. The wine pairing was right on par for us! Thank you for making that night special for us.
