Took my family for dinner. Empty parking lot only 3 small tables of people. Sat us by the kitchen where my children listened to very off color conversation my the staff. It got worse by getting wrapped silverware that had blood soak in 2 of the 4 place settings. Asked to move tables and server ghosted us and hid in the kitchen and never came out. We waited 5 minutes then left.- shameful and will be sharing experience with other review sites.

We always enjoy going to Village Inn for breakfast. My wife & I enjoy getting the VIB breakfast. I got a email saying that a Veteran could get a VIB breakfast free on Veterans Day. But when we got there it was only the "222". But just like the " Free Pie on Wednesday " we never get that in Grand Junction locations either.

The food and service was very good. The Cobb salad was good. Although, next time I will have them leave off the crumbled blue cheese. The lemon meringue pie was great after it thawed out.

Menu descriptions of the food were better than the food. I had a grilled chicken and avocado sandwich. Chicken and bun were dry, it lacked seasoning. The salad was nice. Hubby had a burger with bacon, etc, he said it also lacked seasoning. His fries were good. Our server Lola was sweet.

The food was what I'd expect and how can you mess up breakfast, right? Pretty good overall. My complaint is that there is a big sign that says you can get $10 off the meal for downloading the app. First of all, the app is not primetime- it takes a lot of working on it for get it figured out. Second, the $10 off is accumulative for all your visits until you've reached the $10 in rewards. The signs are very misleading. Unfortunately, they made me mad at the attempt to let me think they were giving me something. If there wasn't a sign at all I would happily have paid for my meal and given them a 5-star review.

I ordered the rio grande skillet and nothing was cooked enough in it. It was completely cold, the potatoes were hard, the jalapenos were raw, even the white part of my overeasy eggs were runny. Even my pancakes were cold. Totally unappetizing. The service was slow at first but nice enough

Waitress not friendly and not attentive. I noticed her chilling with her boyfriend over by the wait station. He was in a booth. I guess he was visiting her at work. She did not want to be there. All of us/her tables suffered.Food was decent.

The food and service is always good! They allowed us to finish visiting with friends after their closing time and we really appreciated how gracious they was about it! Thank you!

I had the chicken fry steak dinner. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the Wisconsin cheddar soup always my favorite...especially in a bread bowl( not at vi though) the Texas toast was buttered and seasoned well. And the gravy was peppery and creamy. I didn't like the mash potatoes though-(I think they are instant) not a fan. I shared a slice of coconut dreamy creamy pie with my nephew.?It was clean, customer service was pleasant, well priced and I like that there was a sign saying Happy Mothers day to all the mom's.?If I could make a suggestion it would be to serve bread bowls with the Wisconsin cheddar soup and to add pork chops to the menu.(They could be fabulous)?

Food was OK. We were the only people in here at this particular time. The waitress forgot the condiment my coworker asked for. His glass was pretty spotty and streaked. It actually looked dirty. We were here for about an hour and the place was empty except for staff. There is no excuse for the dirty glassware and forgotten condiment since we were the only patrons. They did, at least get our orders correct and they were friendly.

Went in for dinner and decided to get breakfast for dinner. The food was ok but the service was far from good. The young lady who took my order and brought me my food didn't even check in on me during my entire meal. My drink was empty and I kept trying to wave down my server but never got a refill. My server just disappeared.
