Got a brownie batter frostie and it was an Oreo frostie. Went back and had it replaced and they made me the same thing. I don't like Oreos, if the menu had only had the option of Oreos and brownie batter combined I would have never ordered it. And it was over 5 dollars for a 20 ounce.

This Wendy's is clean. The bathrooms are small, usually pretty clean. The employees are nice and on top of their orders. I would suggest using the Wendy's app it has a few more deals and you can earn points that get you free food! I do miss the $3 Jr baconator, but now they have a breakfast deal for a dollar (limited time only) that is super yummy. Also the new Frosty menu is awesome.

This Location on horizon drive is horrible. I've been through the drive through. And I ordered the 2 for 7 the chicken had no lettuce on it at all. Unbelievably i've ordered a hamburger and the cheese was not even melted. This is my last and final time going through wendy's, i'm done.

Daniel is amazing i had a bad experience at another store i did not want 2 call that store and when i explained to him what had happened. He showed zero hesitation in making my life better. This is the 2nd time in fact that hes made my day better. Daniel at the horizon dr wendys deserves a raise and anyone who says he doesnt is full of booboo! I would and will go back to this store over and over. Daniel you are amazing and thank you!!!

At the window they were friendly. When we got home we were lacking some of our items. We got chili she asked if we wanted everything, we said yes and when we got home there was no sour cream and no dipping sauces for our nuggets. Didn’t think we had to check the back when they say everything is there. We were the only car in the drive through so they were not busy. When we called and complained it was oh um I’ll let my staff know to grab all the items and he hung up. Not really good customer service. Also the salted Carmel frosty was very salty.
Ordered a biggie bag. My cheeseburger was so old and overcooked crusty it was like jerky, nuggets could have been used as a paper weight and the Cinnabon were wayyyyy old and overheated. Paid a total of 10$ and was not worth my time or money!!!!!!
