Wings had good flavor, but they needed to be cooked much longer. I’m sure they were busy today with Super Bowl crowd, but I ordered well in advance of my requested pickup time. The wings (bone-in) were not crispy at all. Disappointing after spending that much money for our group.

Food is pretty good, it’s a little expensive for what it is. What I hate the most about this location is I always get the rudest employees and it’s always different people. No one made you work at wing stop no need for the attitude…

Absolutely disgusting! And I mean that in the way of cleanliness of the restaurant. Quite literally every open table was dirty with spilled soda, trash, dried wing sauce & crumbs. I had to get a paper towel and wet it with water from the soda fountain to clean off a table before we could sit down. I watched four top get up and leave, a couple minutes later a kid came out from the back to clear the baskets and trays off the table and he Never came back to wipe it off. And then to top it off, we all know their food is nothing special, but my son asked for no pickles on his sandwich and they put a ton of pickles on his sandwich. This was the second time I've been there and I will never ever go back.

Understaffed, undermanaged. I ordered door dash twice in 3 months. Both times they gave me the wrong order in the right bag. How do you mess up an order twice. That means they have to mess it up all the time. 3 people working with a line 6 door dashers and a long line.

We've been wanting to try this spot even with the huge quantity of bad reviews. I guess we should have passed but we didn't know. We ordered a delivery of wings, two flavors with carrots and celery. Maybe I missed it but I couldn't find a place to order additional cups of the wing sauce which would be a nice addition to your options. The wings themselves, sorry to say, were all but inedible. I had the garlic parmesan and my wife had the buffalo I think it was. Mine tasted like rolls of paper sprinkled with some spice and my wife's were about the same. We ate one a piece and trashed the rest. We're not trying to be vindictive here but to just give our honest review and experience......it wasn't good.
Saturday 1pm the lady working the front counter making ranch soufflé cups was not very helpful and seemed like it was a burden to take our order, the last time we were here the young guy with the scar on his face helped us immensely with our order. We are regulars here and the young man with the scar on his face is super friendly and very helpful! If he isn’t the manager he should be! When this lady is here, we will go elsewhere in the future !

I usually get boneless wings from here but decided to try their traditional bone in wings this time, and every single wing piece had 3 to 4 long feathers hanging still attached to them. I find it hard to believe that they were unnoticeable during the whole process of making them, I'm hoping it was just incompetence and not intentional but either way I couldn't finish eating them. Quality control needs to be improved here at the very least
