Staff was incredibly rude, lady slammed cups down then ran off to the kitchen, couldn’t be bothered to greet us or smile. Fries were cold and weren’t boxed, didn't get our sauces.

The store is unable to make any changes to online order regardless of whether you receive the food or not. Embarrassing. Don’t waste your time.

Okay, new Wingstop in Grand Junction. We love wings! Tried this Wingstop in GJ like 6 months ago, and was disappointed. Wings were not cooked enough. Thought they might have done better 6 months later. Went there this week and tried it again. Once again under cooked. BW3 is much better as well as Dominos. I wish they would get there act together. Close to our office and if the wings were good, we would go there often. Please improve.

Ordered from Wingstop tonight, got through a little over half of my fries, couldn't swallow, coughed up in a panic for close to a minute. I finally got most of it out but still felt a long hair lodged in my throat. Finally got the hair out with fries tangled around it. I called to get a refund only to be told I have to come in, well I don't have a car and don't drive. Hence the online order. The employee was actually a little rude to me after I mentioned I can't come in. Id give 0 stars if I could and will not be eating here again.
Im bald by the way, live alone and have BLACK hair so this isn't mine. Imagine the things that happen to this food that you don't see....

Bad food, terrible service and totally unorganized. Okay gave them another chance. Food wrong order late and service terrible! If you like being treated bad by a staff who just doesn't care then this is the place to go.

This place just can not get its act together. I would love to go here more but its such a hassle to have to wonder every time you go in, , well whats going to be wrong this time! We NEVER go on weekends or evenings, lunch time only. We have received wings with ZERO flavor sauce, wings with sauce and pepper(why?), almost raw fries with NO salt, waited over a hour for wings (twice), received overdone wings once and the most frequent issue is wings with about a tablespoon of sauce for the whole order.

Never been anything but pleased coming here. Not the best neighborhood and sometimes the waits are long and the fries aren't the crispiest, but I always get the cajun fried corn anyways.

took them 45 minutes to make TWO sides of fries, served five WHOLE tables that came in after us before my husband went up and said something. took them not even 2 minutes to make it. it should not take 45 minutes to make two sides of fries. shit better be amazing after that.

After reading the poor service reviews I took a gamble and placed my order online and went for it! I was very happy that my order was ready upon arrival which was around the 20 minute mark. I reviewed the bag before leaving-fries✅wings✅dips✅and headed home happy with the service and the speed my order was ready. We sat down to eat (we reheated the fries, I didn’t expect them to still be hot, not Wingstop’s fault). We both had the Korean wings first, tasty as always, then dove into the Louisiana rub wings…they looked different…because they were different, they gave me lemon pepper wings instead of what I ordered, and yes I double checked to make sure. If they had been busy I’d chalk it up to that but they weren’t, this was totally unacceptable!

I was told my food would be ready in 15min. I sat up front for nearly an hour. The manager who took my order stared at me several times, but never acknowledged why I was still there. Someone from the cooking staff came up to see why and quickly prepared my food. The manager apologized, knowing she took my order, gave me free veges and 20% off my next order. Sorry! I won't ever go back.
everything else was great. i ordered a 52oz lemonade. and i was like. man, lemonade sounds amazing rn. i take a sip. THE LEMONADE HAS PULP.
