Though we still love Blackjack, it has gotten VERY expensive. They must have changed the thin crust recipe, because it’s almost spongey, not thin, buttery and like a cracker like it used to be. Their salads are still amazing! I still choose Blackjack over all other delivery, but not as often and only their hand tossed.

The pizza is great if you can get past the numerous foreign items baked into it at times and them delivering a pizza after it’s need dropped in the box. Great flavor though.
November 23rd, we ordered 3 pizzas & breadsticks around 10 pm, after a great Elvis tribute concert at UCCC. We picked up the food at the 16th Street store, got home, and started eating our Jackpot, Hawaiian & Pepperoni pizzas. It was the absolute best pizza we've had in years! My family has bought pizzas from this location since the late 80s and have NEVER been disappointed.

Food is decent. Their pizza and salads are ok. However, their customer service has gone downhill. I tried to order a pizza yesterday and was told that they couldn't deliver because they were too busy. For a pizza delivery store, that's a non starter in my book. Today, tried to order and no joy again, because their credit card network was down. Called back an hour later and same response without any explanation until I asked for the manager. Decent food but crappy service.

I completely understand that this is Halloween and this store was extremely busy; however.... the customer service I received was horrible. We placed our order over the phone and were told that our carry out order would be ready in an hour. I arrived in 57 minutes. I thought it was odd that the cashier grabbed my order from the side of the beverage case because it didn't appear to be in an area of the warmers. I drove home about 7 minutes and was very disappointed when we opened the boxes to cold pizza.
I called to inform the staff that our pizza was cold and to let them know that it wasn't placed under the cooler. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude!!! I'd rather drive across town then to go back to this place. The manager offered to discount our order which I appreciate but I would have appreciated warm pizza much more.
