I would love to give a review because its honestly one of the better blackjack pizza locations. It just kills me that i cant order a pizza online and pay the delivery driver CASH they just isn't an option for it. Guess its Dominos and Pizza Hut. Card only services is wild work in 2025 for a pizza chain

It was a very sad evening. My family got our 2 usual pizzas, the same one's we've ordered several times, but tonight...ugh. There was absolutely no taste to either pizza. None. I'm not exaggerating. No taste except for the black olives on one of the pies. We couldn't tell if it's different cheese, different sauce, different meats or maybe they used to use MSG and no longer do. Whatever is different, it is not good. At least they didn't taste terrible I guess, but what happened? How can a pizza taste like absolutely nothing. And no, it wasn't our individual taste buds, the Pepsi tasted just like Pepsi, our dessert tasted just like it was supposed to. C'mon Blackjack. We liked your pizza. It will be sad to have to find a new place to get pizzas. On a good note though, the service was a okay. Not much of an interaction since it was an online order, but the young lady at the counter was polite and efficient. Thank you for that at least! Sorry for the bad review.

They delivered the worst pizza of my life. The pizza was salty, hard, and had a very thin layer of cheese, very little sauce and only very scarce toppings of what I ordered. All this on top of the customer attendant refusing to deliver to my address at first.

Order a small hot honey pizza and was missing the hot honey drizzle on top of the pizza. Was very disappointed and was hoping for a refund or remake but the store wasn't open by the time I got home

Blackjack pizza is by far the BEST pizza you'll ever find. It's cooked to perfection. It's served in a timely manner (always earlier than expected). The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The delivery drivers are kind and courteous. When you order carry out, you can see the entire staff working at a fast pace, nonstop. It is impressive. I recommend Blackjack Pizza over any other pizza place around. Try them once and you'll never go anywhere else.

I had to call like three times to put an order in. First call I was giving my info to the guy that answered and then he abruptly hung up. Second call never got answered. And third call finally went through but these dudes that work there are so miserable. Why? What is the management doing to these guys that they hate their life so much. I love the pizza, it’s always great. It’s my favorite which is it’s my go to but GOSH DANG the workers are so miserable that it makes me not want to order from there anymore.

Why offer delivery if you can't get it, sad I told them if I had to pick it up then I wasn't paying for a tip but still got charged the tip even though I didn't get delivery then I even ordered a family salad to only get one tiny thing of dressing guess no salad until tomorrow so I can go to the store lol. Wow ask for delivery no delivery and pay a tip for a delivery driver that I never got. Be the last time I ever order from this company. Only reason I knew my pizza wasn't coming is because I called after waiting a over a hour. Georgia Watson
