Bougie Boba Tea Bar is an awesome spot with a calming atmosphere. Customers have been regulars for the last year and have never had a bad experience or bad drink. The entire staff, especially the girls working on a busy afternoon, deserve recognition for their amazing attitudes and stress management while working nonstop. The Wintermelon boba with marshmallow was a delicious special, and the musibi is good there too. One customer enjoyed their drink in peace and noticed they started offering mid-day tea. Another was disappointed when their milk tea came out watery and flavorless, but the ladies kindly offered to remake it, and the remake with Matcha was enjoyed. One person went in for a granddaughter’s boba tea and got educated about a tea experience from 11:00 to 3:00 on weekdays, which sounds divine. However, a DoorDash order on 1-21 at 7pm had an issue: the employee did not cover the drink or wrap it, leaving the opened straw in it, which was unsanitary. Despite this, previous drinks have been great. Overall, the customer service is always amazing, and people leave with delicious drinks and a smile.
