Bubble Tea in Greeley

“I love how close it is to me and when I first started going it was really good, but now it's different. Tastes different depending on who makes it. Now when I go it seems to be new people learning every time I go. For convenience, I stop here but there is another just a few streets down that is also good. My least favorite thing is the seeds and hard bits in the drinks of some of the fruit milk teas. I really wish they would strain those out. The atmosphere is great! Games available.“

“Today, I visited the establishment with my children. Initially, the lady at the counter completely ignored us. I assumed it was normal since she was preparing a drink for someone who had already arrived.

Five minutes later, another lady entered the establishment. She greeted the previous customer and promptly took her order, making her order without even acknowledging us. It was quite rude of her.

However, a new worker arrived shortly after. He greeted us and took our order without any hesitation. The lady apologized afterward and made us feel better.

I believe this establishment needs to hire more staff. Their employees seem stressed, and it’s almost not worth waiting 30 minutes for a drink..“
