“Overall, we had a really great experience at Polder Pho. The food was amazing, although I will say that some of the appetizers were pretty small considering how much they cost. That said, everything we tried was really good.

The crab cheese wontons were one of my favorites. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, served nice and warm, and had a really creamy, flavorful filling. The dumplings were some of the best I’ve ever had. The texture was amazing—they were soft and tender, with a flavorful filling. The spring rolls were also really good and had a nice crunch to them.

The service was great as well. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and he knew how to check in on us without interrupting our meal. Our water glasses were consistently kept full, and he was quick, quiet, and efficient.

The atmosphere was also really nice and made the experience even better. The food can be a little pricey, especially when it comes to some of the appetizers, but the flavor and the amount of food you get in the main dish overall make up for the higher price.
