This was a dine-in occasion. Drive thru is always slow and maybe I know why. There were only two people working and dine-in was slow. They also made it clear (through body language) that they didn't want to be there and didn't want us there either.

Elaine.I have never had good customer service at Burger King until today. I’m not sure if you can give a worker their own review but Elaine definitely deserves one. It doesn’t take much to be kind yet you never find kindness anywhere. Thank you Elaine for making this experience good.

Sunday night at 7pm my ghost pepper whopper was prepared horribly. No sauce, no bacon, just burger cheese and crunchy jalapeños. The ghost chicken fries we brick hard and not edible.

Apparently a combo meal doesn't come with a drink??? Just ordered online and had it delivered. Delivery person told us the dummy at the drive through wouldn't give her our drink. It's a COMBO MEAL, it literally comes with fries and a drink... and these people want a pay raise?! Make it make sense ? like train your employees or something...

Always slow, annnd no it’s not because your food is fresh. I waited for 10ish or so minutes foe them to acknowledge me at the drive thru. My chicken fries were rubbery. They tried giving me my drink with no ice. Burger King managers and workers hear me out: When YOU ask me what kind of sauce I want. I REPLY a handful and some extra please(you charge for this,) I get my bag and have 2 ranch. Do you have little gnome hands? The ranch coat doesn’t come from your paycheck so if you ask me and I give an answer then make it happen. I shouldn’t have to stop, come inside, and ask for something you asked to provide me with.

I typically come around mid afternoon when the general manager is there and I must say she is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! one of the nicest human beings around. One time( a while ago) when we came she was literally ALL BY HERSELF! AND DID AMAZING. I watched her take orders inside and drive thru, make all the food, drinks, shakes, just everything! I wish she could train other stores to be as amazing as her! She is quick, always engages with her customers, and cares about the company and doing well. Thank you

Says open till midnight been there multiple times before 10 pm and there is no one taking order's sit there for 15 minutes and not a single person responded.

Amazing employees, we placed a pickup order only to find out we accidentally sent it to the wrong address. The gentleman at the window was so kind and understanding and gave the other store a call to let them know and have our order ready as soon as we got there. Amazing customer service!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King!!! Whoever was running the drive thru didn't acknowledge me when I pulled up for awhile, then when he did it was to tell me he'd be with me in a bit, took another 10 mins to take my order then when I got to the window I had to pull around to wait for my food for 15 mins. I was the only car in the drive thru? About 5 people inside, isn't this fast food? Then when I finally get the food the taters are burnt do bad that they have no potato left, the double croissant sandwich tastes like it was sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours. Drive thru guy has no idea how to deal with customers either. Never had an issue with this place!! Trash

They tell you to order online so your order will be ready when you arrive. BS.I ordered online and drove to Burger King. There was a car at the drive thru in front of me so I had to wait 5 minutes for them to order. I told the guy on the speaker I was there to pick up my online order. He said drive up to window. Drove up and had to wait another 5 minutes for the people in front of me to get their order. Drove up to window and guy says order not ready and go around and park. I complained I had ordered online. He said they don't make order till I get there. Lots of questions. Why did I have to drive around and wait and the car in front of me and behind me waited at window. Tattoo guy had an attitude and was very pushy. Told me watch out for hot chicken. Only one was hot and fresh out of 3. Everyone goes to Burger King cause it's cheap but I think I'm to the point of not returning. It real sucks!
