nothing All the tables are dirty we had wiped owner own table I told the front counter lady and she goes O here's your food So they were kind of rude and a place with dirrty I won't be back At this location
Went through drive trough for a late dinner at 9 pm. I was the only truck in the parking lot. Woman that took my order was very professional and friendly. Wait was short seemed like only 2 or 3 people working in there at the time. Person who handed my food was friendly. Food was the best most fresh fast food that I've had in about 20 years. I don't know what happened, but the last several visits to BK's all over northern CO have all be outstanding! We used to say that 1 out of 10 visits would be decent, so it was a gamble to go, but those days are over. This store was no exception. The lady that helped was was friendly and personable, which made me want to come back, and then the food was top notch too! This store is 100% worth visiting and dining at. Yeah, lunch for 2 was over $27, but at least the food is delicious...read full review

Burger King is praised for its exceptional customer service, particularly due to some outstanding employees. The employees at the drive-thru are always super nice. The general manager, Erika, is also highly appreciated for her friendliness, efficiency, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, even during busy hours. She is top notch and always happy to help no matter how busy they are. Another manager made a suggestion that gave a customer more value for their money, demonstrating the restaurant's commitment to excellent customer service. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as cold and rubbery Mozzarella sticks, and difficulties with receiving receipts.
