When will Cables wake up and find a cook that puts his heart into his fixings? For years now it seems that the food has gone down especially some of the great appetizers. Some of the apps involving cheese and or other toppings have come out too melted and not tasty. These apps cost very little to make and for 15 -18 the cost to Cables is meager. I love Cables Pub and Grill. I have been coming her for years. The food is amazing the kitchen staff really cares about what they are doing. I love the staff; the owner is always there and very involved and friendly. Their motto is "where friends Meet" and I completely agree.
The Northern Colorado Indian Motorcycle Riders Group had the pleasure of dining at Cables Pub & Grill a couple of months ago, and we found it to be an excellent experience. The food was outstanding, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a casual get together with friends. Everyone was raving about their food. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable.
