Went here the other day and gave my phone to Julia at the window for a QR code for 20% off. Paid got my receipt which showed nothing for 20% off. She gives me some nonsense excuse "I thought it was just for points" and goes on and on about being unable to do anything. After getting fed up with her already poor customer service attitude during even just the order I asked for a manager and told her to hurry up as I'm obviously annoyed.
