Cazadores Mexican Grill and Cantina

We reserved the lovely outdoor patio for a birthday party. Our waiter Victor was outstanding and attentive, and the patio is the best in Greeley with great views of a pond and park. The buffet offered a flavorful variety of food for all tastes. I highly recommend dining on the patio!

I'd heard that the Mexico City chef Rodrigo Quijano (owner of Santa Elena's Food Truck) had bought this restaurant recently (Sept 2025) and had to try it. YES HE HAS! His guacamole and tortillas are the best you can get outside of Mexico.

Right now the menu is a mix of the old Cazadores and his new dishes as he is patiently guiding his clientele towards legit, rare, and wonderful Mexican dishes so choose with purpose (or ask! - what does chef Rodrigo recommend?).

Example: You can still get the Sunday breakfast buffet with premade crunchy taco shells, BUT you can also get the staggeringly delicious chiles en nogada (see pic). Provecho!

If you want authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the place for you. This lovely cantina features food that is delicious, beautifully presented, and at a reasonable price. Cazadores Mexican Grill reminds us of our experiences in Mazatlán, eating at the local restaurants. The only thing missing was the Cerveza Pacífico Clara. There is a bar, but it was a bit early for us. Set in a casual atmosphere, the Cazadores staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The food was not at all tasty. Hardly any flavor.

Order was messed up and did not refill drinks.

I had enchiladas no sauce, little cheese,forgot my onions, tomatoes, priced hight, may try again someday. I had cheese enchiladas with they put little cheese inside / out, no sauce or a drop.

Great food! They made a special platter that was not on the menu. Service was not high-end due to the wait when walked in and not alot of customers there.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. the food was amazing!

They don't honor their coupons. There are all kinds of stipulations that are not posted on the coupon. I won't be coming back

Extremely friendly staff and owner. We were able to get a table for 8 with no worries.

Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian and gluten free person, I am always able to find something yummy on the menu
