Two long time friends and I had a yummy Christmas-time lunch here yesterday. Two of the 3 us have been coming to El Pueblito for many years, driving down from Estes Park. Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all.
