The lady here at 8:40 pm took forever to get my DoorDash ready then proceeded to discriminate me treating me like a thief when originally had already handed me the order without a seal and ready to leave. It’s almost deliberate when minimum wage workers like this start to take their time and do ANYTHING to make you take longer. Imagine finally breaking through that 15-20$ the hour threshold just for it to be set back again by inconsistent inconsiderate employees.

My favorite burger spot, sometimes the buns are kind of hard and the veggies burgers are very inconsistent, they break very easily.

I’m not one to leave reviews and it breaks my heart to leave a not so great one for a spot that used to be my favorite. But as someone who is at a somewhat higher risk of getting food borne illnesses & a food service worker myself, there is a trust placed in food safety/quality when you order from anywhere (beyond the precautions we already take)- that is honestly the bare minimum service to provide for customers. Me & my mom ordered 2 burgers and they looked a bit old at first but after taking a bite, tasted old too. We both had to throw it away not even wanting to risk getting sick and felt it was a complete waste of money. I have hope it was just a one-time kind of experience. 🥺

This is my first and last time coming to this place. If I want to holler to get someone to come out of the back for service or have to request hot food when I am the only customer in the place I'm just not willing to do that again. I give an all around 2 stars ONLY because they were courteous.

They closed at 10:30 while people were still in the drive through. The lights were on and there were people inside still and their hours say open until 11.

Extremely disappointing customer service. April 3rd at 6:30 2026. Not a single person is upfront trying to serve customers. There is young lazy female workers who couldn't care less to help and expect everybody to serve themselves. I ordered two shakes and it took over 25 minutes for one of them to walk up and asked if I was the one who ordered it. I was completely shocked that they just started to make it after they asked me. Proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. So if you come here on a Friday evening be prepared to wait and order everything yourself because cashiers don't exist anymore apparently. Also keep in mind there was nobody in the Drive-Thru and nobody in front of me in line and only one couple eating inside.

I got the number one and they had no sauces on them like ketchup mayonnaise or mustard nothing it was very dry the meat and way way too much salt to me I felt like it was a waste of 13.00 dollars

VERY friendly manager ( she took my order) and their shakes & malts are fantastic! Their wild fry sauce is another favorite of mine
