Yikes. Why is my burger wet? Bun is drenched, all kinds of liquid coming out. Wrapper wet. Fries soggy as hell. Epic fail. 1/7/2025 @ 2pm. Never again. You have a lot of nerve charging 10 bucks for that.

I ordered through door dash and I called the store to make changes to my order. When the food arrived it was awful, especially the green chili fries, had no chili. They were soggy, cold, and the burger was stale and awful. The Pepsi was supposed to be no ice, it had a lot of ice, so it was watered down.
I called the store back and was told the kitchen was in chaos. The lady told me to call back when the manager is there and they would redo my order another day.
I called back today, got the same person and she now says that they can't redo my order unless I pick it up. Today she claimed to be the manager. I ordered through door dash for a reason!!!
Thankfully door dash refunded me and I will never eat at this good times again. It's sad they used to be so good. I see a failure real soon for good times Greeley.

Wow, they call that a hamburger! 3 Oz of meat in that burger??? I worked at McDonald's and I know the size of patty it was! Over priced hamburgers, onion rings ok, but have had much better. Did not enjoy the experience and will take my money somewhere else!!

Got the spicy chicken sandwich and I can say with confidence it was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. Want my 20$ back I feel like I got robbed

I came to the drive thru and was greeted by a recording. I then try to say I’m ready and I wait and wait. A few attempts later to get the attention of the worker to order he finally acknowledged me I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito which I usually order and it’s always good this time however I don’t know if they didn’t car or what but it was mostly green chile and these disgusting chunks of what appeared to be raw bacon. Please do better there was hardly any egg or potato in it as well. I could call to complain but I feel that wouldn’t do any good so I’m just gonna let the public know.
