Ariel, Salma, and Alonzo are absolutely the best servers and they are genuine, so wonderful to the customers! They are top tier! They always ask and make our drinks and food right. Plus you can’t find costumer service this where anyway where! I highly recommend this restaurant and the people I have included with up tier customer service. We rate this 110%!

Also, Layla is an amazing server!! She is always so kind and gets your food and drink to you asap and her people skills are amazing!! She’s truly very genuine and does a wonderful job serving others!

We were very disappointed with their food 9/28/25 buffet and food was not good at all, no flavor it was gross! NEVER going back.

Used to come here regularly. Will be finding somewhere else. Service sucks, overprices, they always forget items in to go orders and or downsize when you paid for a larger item, and the food is under cooked or too salty.

Quite unfortunate that it seems that the quality has went down the last 3 times. It used to be good tho.
The last 2 times we had food delivered, our order was short, food was WAY cold, and the driest tamales in Colorado.

Soo we went on Saturday..everything was delicious..server super friendly margaritaswere fire.....then we went for the buffet..(since the server told us about it..)but very disappointed..the menudo and pozole were very tasty...but the rest was cold..like super cold...we will definitely go back but not for the buffet...

Karen was especially amazing and delightful. They food is great (I do the Sunday mornings the most and sometimes get things that aren't as good thus the 4 in that) but the people are great and the atmosphere is wonderful.

I was there the other night and had the unfortunate experience to listen to a girl named Alma yelling and talking down to all the employees who work there. I don’t know who she thinks she is. She was so rude and disrespectful to all the girls who were there just trying to do their jobs. She was using profanity and To me, it seemed like she was acting like she was upper management and might be an owner. I can tell she was highly intoxicated and started yelling at all the employees for no reason cuz she couldn’t get her way. Honestly this experience makes me never want to come back and I feel bad for all the current employees who have to deal with her. She should never be allowed back at mariposa.

It’s normally a good place to go to, the food was good. But the waitresses were rude and forgot about us outside. We could have just walked out but I went to the host stand to ask for the check and our waitress shoved the card reader in my chest. Idk what we did to have that type of service. Train your waitresses some common decency and how to be kind.
