I didn’t expect the amazing customer service I want to shout out Rhianna she was so kind and overall made me want to come back this is the customer service every job needs give this girl a raise I will definitely be returning thank you for your kindness and great customer service!“

“One of the better McDonald's I've been to. Staff are very friendly and just about everything is pretty fresh, not old and stale that's been sitting in a warmer forever.

Drive thru is usually very fast and mobile order pickup, curbside, is also extremely quick.

This is my go to McDonald's in Greeley when I need my Egg McMuffin fix.“

“Mile Hi foods were blocking the handicap parking spots I'm currently in a walking boot and my dad who's a below the knee amputee was with me. We couldn't assess the ramps up and my dad had to get out of his wheelchair so I could pull it onto the side walk. The tables were messy and there was chewed gum underneath the table. The food was cold and my apples were yellow inside. This was the worst experience ever.

“We went inside and they were sooo horribly busy. We had no issue waiting, we weren’t in a rush. But the man bagging the orders was diligently checking each order for accuracy, running his tail off, he then sincerely apologized and threw in an extra apple pie. I haven’t been this impressed with McDonald’s in a long time. I applaud that gentleman, I don’t think he was a manager but he deserves it.“
