I didn’t expect the amazing customer service I want to shout out Rhianna she was so kind and overall made me want to come back this is the customer service every job needs give this girl a raise I will definitely be returning thank you for your kindness and great customer service!“

“Out of every McDonald's in Greeley (and pretty much everywhere else), this McDonald's off W. 10th Street and 28th Avenue is the ONLY one who is on top of it.

I've never...in ten years...had them tell me the ice cream machine is down. Their customer service (drive thru and curbside) has always been excellent. There's never some ridiculous wait and they are always pleasant. Kudos to all of you...I hope your managers and the GM know how great you and your store are!“

“Mile Hi foods were blocking the handicap parking spots I'm currently in a walking boot and my dad who's a below the knee amputee was with me. We couldn't assess the ramps up and my dad had to get out of his wheelchair so I could pull it onto the side walk. The tables were messy and there was chewed gum underneath the table. The food was cold and my apples were yellow inside. This was the worst experience ever.

“We went inside and they were sooo horribly busy. We had no issue waiting, we weren’t in a rush. But the man bagging the orders was diligently checking each order for accuracy, running his tail off, he then sincerely apologized and threw in an extra apple pie. I haven’t been this impressed with McDonald’s in a long time. I applaud that gentleman, I don’t think he was a manager but he deserves it.“
