“Out of every McDonald's in Greeley (and pretty much everywhere else), this McDonald's off W. 10th Street and 28th Avenue is the ONLY one who is on top of it.
I've never...in ten years...had them tell me the ice cream machine is down. Their customer service (drive thru and curbside) has always been excellent. There's never some ridiculous wait and they are always pleasant. Kudos to all of you...I hope your managers and the GM know how great you and your store are!“
“Went inside and the gal who checked me out at the register was able to tell me what happy meal toys they had available, to make sure I didn't get ones I already have. I was able to get 3, 4, and 7 from the Hello Kitty Godzilla collection! The food also came out super quick and the staff was very nice.“
“We went inside and they were sooo horribly busy. We had no issue waiting, we weren’t in a rush. But the man bagging the orders was diligently checking each order for accuracy, running his tail off, he then sincerely apologized and threw in an extra apple pie. I haven’t been this impressed with McDonald’s in a long time. I applaud that gentleman, I don’t think he was a manager but he deserves it.“
