Portions are so small you're better off getting something from the grocery store. Nowadays its a bowl full of rice and a tiny layer of food on top. They almost always forget something. Panda Express overall is just a joke now compared to what it used to be. Small portions, same price. Gotta love corporate America. ? And somehow they seem to think we are d*** enough to not notice.
