Best place and best subs

Place used to be amazing. The last three times we've ordered either they've forgotten ingredients, or they've barely put anything on the bread the most recent time after an hr past the estimated delivery time they still hadn't shown up

Ordered 2 subs took almost 3 hours to deliver. Unless your ordering dinner at lunch time then it might arrive. Jimmy Johns the way to go.

roast beef was not so good, thicker slices were very tough, maybe consider another vendor or try some yourself before serving it, for the money paid including delivery fee of $4, this is totally unacceptable (Coeur D'Alene **cup of au jus** - Medium- 8") Silver Mine Subs Store #5

Hoping to avoid Subway, I thought this might be a nice alternative. It feels like a less corporate Subway when you walk in, that was nice, although it gets crammed quickly when the start of the line is immediately in front of the door. The menu was confusing as their warm sandwiches were split awkwardly and looking for one I found online took a few minutes.
I ordered the medium 8" Homesteak (essentially a Philly cheesesteak) in a spinach wrap with chips for a total of $15.28 and was disappointed.
The sandwich was a little bigger than my hand, a small would be suitable for a child, and while I could sorta distinguish between the meat and the peppers, I couldn't taste onion and they fell flat after a couple seconds of chewing. I could tell there was cheese towards the bottom, but it was slight. The flavors were so gentle that the chips smacked my palette around!
The sandwich desperately needed some customization to add more flavor, like lettuce, double cheese, and sauce, but I didn't feel like I was able to make those additions when I ordered. I would imagine you can, but it didn't feel like it and I didn't know the option was there when I ordered. I can't imagine what the price would have been to make the sandwich memorable!
It's... Meh. I was hoping for more and will be returning to Subway.

Don't know what on earth is happening there tonight. Ordered for delivery... both our Gerogetowns had no avocado and the turkey was one slice thick, yet they're gonna charge an extra $2.28 for a reasonable amount of meat... all sandwiches missing pickles. Not worth the price for the bread to filling ratio, but the bread is good, it just shouldn't cost so much when a loaf of bread costs most restaurants less than a dollar. Most people don't get to eat out a lot or at all these days so it shouldn't be such a dissapointment even if it's a chain restaurant.

Sorry to say but this particular location was not good at all. The orders were all wrong, we were missing a sandwich, delivery was over an hour and when we called to talk to someone to express our frustration the night manager said he is only a night manager and cannot refund or discount for the missing sandwich or for the inconvenience.

Ordered 3/3 at 6pm and at 7:30pm they dropped off basically a lettuce sandwhich. When I called at 7, they said they sent out the driver with 6 other orders before mine, so my food sat in the bag for maybe an hour before I got it. Gross.

Disappointing. Food was just meh. Soggy. Forgot tomatoes on my sandwich. Told us when we walked in that he didn't put chips in the bag because he figured we could get them ourselves. I had no idea what chips everyone ordered. When we were pulling away we could see the worker eating by the hand washing sink which is not allowed from a food safety standpoint so I'm sure other food safety components are lacking. Consider removing the asking for a tip portion on your online order. This is a prime example of why I do not tip before picking my food up and eating it. I would have tipped this guy to forget parts of the order and not get our chips. Or maybe thats why we got poor service, because we didn't tip. Who knows! We will be sticking to Jimmy Johns, quality food and service every time.

This place serves up food posing. My sub came with mushy cucumbers and brown avocado spread ?When I called about this issue I was met with such rude customer service and was told I could not get a refund but would get a "store credit" I'm baffled. Go literally anywhere else.
