The new owners are completely destroying this place. No tissue in the bathrooms. Changed all the drinks to no name crap. They don't let the delivery drivers keep their tips if you tip on a card. So sad to see a beloved place go down hill so fast! New owners are not good.

I'm a big Silver Mine fan. Been getting their stuff for a decade plus now, albeit at the 11th Ave location normally. Ordering off their app was easy. Service was very friendly. It looked to me like they might have been understaffed. There was a chub of ham sitting in the slicer and sliced ham sitting below it in parchment paper that was covered in flies. Seriously flies going in and out of the parchment paper like they owned the joint lol. Have to do a better job keeping a sanitary environment. If I was with CO health inspection I'd be taking a look here.....

Delivery times….this location needs to care more about meeting the obligation when it comes to time, they clearly do not care. I called 20 min past my order delivery est. time and was told they “called multiple times” but I had not one missed call. Then was quickly followed by “we will deliver it right now”….they why did it take my phone call for you to do it? Lies. The food is not up to par either. Overall needs work on service and quality.

Place used to be amazing. The last three times we've ordered either they've forgotten ingredients, or they've barely put anything on the bread the most recent time after an hr past the estimated delivery time they still hadn't shown up
