We have been going to Sushi One for a LONG time! Recently, we went about 1:00pm on Monday. The restaurant was not busy, about 5 tables with only a couple of people at each table. We sat waiting for someone to take our drink order for about 20 minutes! After she finally took our order, another 10-15 minutes went by before we even got a drink. Meanwhile, a group that came in after us were served drinks, alcohol, appetizers etc... we watch our food order get made and sit on the counter for what seemed like forever! So here we are 2:10pm. An hour and 10 minutes after we sat down and we still have nothing, just watching people around us get food and drinks... needless to say, we got up and walked out. I love Sushi One but the staff recently are not good!! We may come back in the future but if its the same wait staff, we will walk out!

I have been coming to this place for years and I've always loved the food specially sushi. I've noticed that employees have changed unfortunately I haven't had a very pleasant experience since the last couple of times I've gone which was usually because of the kitchen employees they have a very nasty vocabulary and the music that comes from the kitchen is even more unpleasant it is definitely not family friendly. I don't understand why they have to have the music so loud when the seating area already has very nice music playing. the other thing that was not pleasant was that we really love sushi but unfortunately the last time we went in on Saturday the 14th the salmon was cut super thin not exaggerating it was very thin I don't know if the same person cuts the salmon everyday but I doubt it seeing as the other times we have gone in the cut of the salmon is different hopefully they can fix that so that its consistent other than the problem with the salmon the food and service is always top notch specially the lady's at the sushi bar they are always very helpful whenever me and my husband go in to eat.

I am glad I finally tried this place! It is tucked away from the main road, has a great atmosphere and patio. The vibe of the staff and interior is how a sushi place should feel. Our server was đ Sierra đ and she was so kind and helpful!! She provided great options and made sure our dining experience was excellent! Make sure to try the Holy Cow!! đ±
Our first time coming here and it was a great experience. Our server Sierra was attentive and kind and she helped greatly to make this experience what it was.

Gluten free options are advertised in a manner that it seems like there is a decent selection, there isnât and the options are the worst especially if your hungry and looking for something at least decent to eat. But if you donât have celiac you will enjoy pretty much the whole menu!!! It does however seem a bit understaffed and they will forget to check in with you especially if seated outside.

We had a nice experience this evening at Sushi One. We were very hungry and getting a little frustrated at how long it took for us to get served. It was not apparent whyâŠ..
However our server, Libi, was anmazing and made up for the wait a thousand times. He acknowledged the wait, apologized and was nothing but kind and generous. We got some freebies on our check and felt seen and taken care of and that is honestly so rare in this day and age! Things happen and mistakes get made but when somebody actually cares and makes an effort to fix it it is so appreciated! Please support this spot!

I have a texture dislike on sauces and 4 out of 5 times that I order my food without any sauce over my rolls they mess up and have to remake them. Seems like they don't listen or just don't care

If I could give zero I would couldnât even stomach cocktail and appetizers before I got sick from horrible mia thi and cold lobster ragoons I canât believe this place
My favorite spot for sushi and fresh sashimi! đŁâ€ïž Try the holy cow sushi and the yellowtail sashimi with jalepenÌos!

Sushi One? More like Sushi WON - I took my fiancĂ© here for Thanksgiving and Agnus was the sweetest server weâve had all day. The rice was well cooked and the smiles were abundant. We found the floors to be a little dark but it helped with the atmosphere. Highly recommend asking for the Sushi.
