I’m a third party delivery driver and was picking up an order for a customer. One employee was doing a high pitch bird call to mess with co workers. However, I have sensitive hearing and I asked that he stop and was told he had every right to do that. This is not a normal situation in any retail business, so maybe extra training would be needed.
I give a 4 start because this is better than what I would have left before. They do always mess up my orders and now I be sure to check my order in the drive through line before I leave because I hate the unexpected surprise of my order being wrong when I get home. I go to this one because it's the closest to my house.
