So im a regular here and tonight is the 3rd time with this shift that the grill is closed early and nothing with nacho cheese. Thats like whole menu. Its the same shift I can tell by her voice. Where Emily at her shift is always on point.

I always visit this location after work usually good service never had an issue. today I go in as normal, I order off of the kiosk device, sit and wait as usual. some lady came in to ask for a remake cuz her food was wrong, girl behind the counter did not look at her for 5 minutes didn’t apologize for the mistake. she handed her the right made food and the lady walked out and said thank you for being so nice. guy behind her was waiting another 5 minutes for someone to even look...

Day shift seems to be the A Squad at this place. They’re always nice, my order is always right and my tacos always have a sufficient amount of meat.

After 5 pm though?
