Korean short ribs were extremely tough and chewy. "Side veggies included" was simply chopped raw cabbage. Rice was plain. Topped off with sauce that the prison probably uses.

My guys are awesome! Must try local Colorado food. They are super good, always fresh ingredients. Very friendly faces that you want to see daily. Not to mention if you want good authentic food, well... this is the place to go. I work with them to help grow their business.
