Foods ok at best. The manager was knowledgeable about GF options. Their non alcoholic margarita was terrible.

Usually a great spot to go for lunch. We had to wait about 15 mins today since they were short staffed. Took a while to get our food as well. Maybe we just hit a bad day, but food was great and waitress was friendly.

Food is good and great portions for the price. Just know if you place a curbside order plan to have to go inside to pickup... I parked in a numbered spot and clicked the link to input my parking number so my food could be brought out to my car. I had arrived early so I waited 15 minutes in case they were still making it (even though it was just a salad)... then had to call and they said I could come inside to pick up. Not sure what the point of requesting curbside pickup is then...

Service was great but Chuys in CO has lost their touch. The food and margs are nothing compared to Little Rock and Houston. Management needs to look at this…

It's a nice Tex Mex. The stand outs are Tres leche cake and margaritas. The food is typical for what you would expect in the price range.

Solid but not authentic Tex Mex. Prefer the family owned restaurants. Expensive for what you get.

I do NOT get the hype for this place. We experienced indifferent service, and calling the food "Mediocre" is being very generous. Did you ever go to Casa Bonita before the re-vamp? Yeah... the food was about on par with that. Hard, Dry, Greasy "Flautas" filled with mystery sawdust meat, flavorless beef filling on the tacos, greasy enchiladas drowning in sauce... and a VERY over-hyped "Jalapeno Cream Sauce" ... Y'all it's freaking RANCH DRESSING.

Yeah, Chuy's is a NO for me...

I've never had more white washed Mexican food in my life...and that's saying something lol.
None of the food was "bad", but nothing was very good... Our server was great and attentive, though. The host was friendly too. Decor was interesting to look at; my daughter loved all of the dog pictures.
But do yourself a favor and go find a local taco truck instead of this tex mex chain.

Update to my earlier review below: Our party of 4 was surprised to see that the long-standing menu has been changed up quite a bit. Several of our previous favorites were gone from the new menu, so we tried some different items. None of us enjoyed our food as much as we have on prior occasions, and we came away disappointed. My earlier review was a solid 4 stars, but our last outing was 3 stars at best, and I doubt we'll be back.

Original review: Dependably tasty food and service on all occasions except once when things were off. We'll definitely go back when we're in the area and wanting TexMex. My one complaint is how excessively loud the music is every time I've been there.

Franchise environment with friendly staff. Went for lunch on a Monday and there was no wait with plenty of open tables. The server was very friendly and prompt with service (did not ask us too many times if we wanted something else). The Mexican salad, with beef, that I ordered was in a bowl that was too small to mix the ingredients and the ingredients were nearly separated into zones....that was a bit annoying. I had to ask for a second.bowl, so I could mix it, without half of it falling onto the table. The salad, when served, looked pretty but it was pretty difficult to eat as it was served. Otherwise, the chips and salsa also came with a ranch style dip that was pretty addictive. Salad, with no drink and no tip, was just under $15.00

Our experience was exceptional! Jonah greeted us immediately at the host stand later at night and was extremely friendly (something that can be a rare experience late at night). My server Rosie was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Great service is rare and as a food and beverage director I was tempted to steal them and recruit them to come to Winter Park LoL! The managers here should be grateful to have them because my experience was defined by the exceptional service! They are assets that need to be acknowledged.
Will definitely be back!
