Colorado Creole Cafe Reviews
A true Creole restaurant in Centennial! This is one of the closet meals I have found to a true creole restaurant in Colorado. The family owned restaurant has ties to the south and you can taste it in every bite. We started with the gumbo fries and catfish platter to share. They had a muffaluta salad that was like a charcuterie board in a bowl, catfish and boiled crawfrishl with cheese grits and red beans and rice. Shrimp and grits with crawfish tails was so rich and amazing....read full review

Based on the reviews, Colorado Creole Cafe is a great place with a great selection of dishes that are delicious. The menu includes items like chicken and beef gumbo, smothered beef poboy, creole Alfredo, gumbo fries, fried okra, catfish basket, and Cajun Alfredo. The fried catfish is crispy, seasoned just right, and cooked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is a whole vibe—laid-back, welcoming, and the staff is so kind. The hospitality is great, and the staff treats customers like family. Even minutes before closing on a snowy day in Denver, the restaurant is welcoming. The environment created with the staff and regulars makes people feel at home. This spot is a hidden gem. Great food, great drinks, great energy—this spot checks all the boxes. The only downside was not getting more catfish, as that was the favorite of everything. It is definitely worth a try for anyone who loves creole food.
