I had points for a free 3 piece mini box and one of my cookies had not one but TWO hairs in it!! Immediately spit it out and it all went in the trash. Absolutely disgusting!!

I just went to Crumbl for the first time in a while, and I noticed right away that the cookies are noticeably smaller and, honestly, don’t look nearly as indulgent as they used to. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but it feels like corporate pulled out the belt. Crumbl is is crumbles

I normally don’t write reviews, but the customer service I experienced at this Crumbl last Wednesday was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share.
My order was made incorrectly, and instead of apologizing and working to make it right, the employee was rude and argumentative. When I reached out to the manager, I expected the situation to be resolved professionally. Instead, I was told they stood behind the employee’s actions and that if I wasn’t satisfied, I could “take it up with corporate.”
That response spoke volumes about the management and customer service culture at this location. I grew up believing that when a business makes a mistake, they take ownership and do everything they can to make it right. You don’t argue with a customer who spent their hard-earned money, especially when the error was your own.
I was purchasing cookies for a company event, and our company has supported this location regularly. As of today, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. I walked into Desert Donuts across the street and was greeted with friendly, welcoming service—the complete opposite of what I experienced here.
Unfortunately, Crumbl just isn’t what it used to be. If you value respectful customer service and businesses that stand behind their customers, I cannot recommend this location.

I just went in & got 2 Dubai-style chocolate strawberry cups. I asked for a for or spoon to eat this with they proceed to tell me they didn’t carry spoons or forks. I asked how I was supposed to eat them. They yelled at me “go home & eat them!” I let her know i don’t even live here & i was headed to ballfield. If this company is selling something in a cup that requires silverware to eat they should most definitely offer it be able to eat what we purchased. By the way my home is in GA!
Ordered cookies before they closed and showed up 2 minutes after they closed and they wouldn't give me the cookies I had already ordered and payed for. People working wouldn't even acknowledge me at the door just continued on with what they were doing horrible customer service

Very disappointed not only did I have to wait over an hour for my cookie to be delivered but it was the wrong one. Even more disappointed because the only help they offered was to email the manager to get a refund. (ordered a root beer cookie and got a 3 milk cake instead)
